Ordered a whiskey river grilled chicken sandwich to go. First I got the incorrect fries. Good thing I looked at my food before I drove off. Only to get home and this was my grilled chicken. Disgusting. Overcooked, dried out and the thinnest piece of chicken I ever saw. I threw the whole thing in the trash. We never had a problem in the past. And it wasn’t cheap $18 , but they might have charged me for sweet potato fries which I did not order. I’ll be avoiding this place for awhile.

Ordered dinner tonight directly through the app for pickup got all the way home to find the side for one of the burgers was missing. Called the restaurant and someone took my number down and said a manager would call me back, over 2 hours and no call back. Things happen, especially when its busy. When spending $50-$55 on dinner and something isn't right the customer service should better than "I'll pass your info on to my manager and they'll call you back". I would have been better off ordering through doordash and paying more and receiveing cold food with melted milkshakes because at least when something is wrong with my order I'm immediately offered some or all of my money back.

It has been a while since we were there. Weren't really happy about the last time we were there. Was talked into trying it again and was glad we did. Can't begin to say how we enjoyed everything that we got. Everything has changed and all for the better. Looking forward to going back.

Kayla is by far the worse manager I have ever come in contact with at this establishment, she was so rude to my whole table! Never again.
