Our visit a month ago was average and we understood low staff. Tonight we figure order for pick up…worse decision. Not only waited over an hour, several “managers” “ second in charge” rude and ignored customers. Called to see if any contact could have been had…young lady answer the phone was trying her best to be professional and her manager put her in a spot of not handling and getting on the phone to deal with an unsatisfied customer. Then was told to speak to Kayla went connected through Facebook- guess what Rodano’s did- took the phone off the hook. Finally received order where the wrap wasn’t wrapped and had blue cheese on it. I’m in full understanding of short staff and being busy but three option should’ve taken place from the beginning- be respectful and professional, don’t accept the order, make the food properly. Will not recommend or order/go to Rodano’s again.

My son and I both had Stromboli's he had a steak Stromboli I had a ham and cheese stromboli they were really good service was excellent atmosphere was nice open atmosphere very quiet I would go back again

server was not attentive. once we got our food she didn't check on us. I ordered an Italian Stromboli. its suppossed to come with pepperoni salami and ham... it was all ham with the exception of the 4 slices of minuscule pepperoni... it was an awful experience for me and deff won't go back.

Nice atmosphere, very nice staff, and while they were a tiny bit backed up (everyone is!), it was VERY well worth the wait!!! The food was Exceptional! I plan to come here every time I visit my daughter at school! Highly recommend the tuna bites, and really anything!
