If I can give it a zero I would I order the oxtail dish off door dash I had two oxtails drained with gravy all potatoes and a hand full of rice the corn bread was old I called the restaurant and when I spoke with the manager about it he just went on mute I will never spend a dime there again smh.

the food was beyond amazing! the steamed clams and fried calamari was cooked perfectly and better than some of the other restaurants I have had. the chicken cheesteak and fries were amazing! the atmosphere was great. The staff who are also the owners are amazing and very friendly and it does not matter who you are there is no judgment! lots of other things to try as well. and it is BYOB! my wife and I cant wait to go back

I ordered the baked chicken the outside was burnt inside was raw.. Mac and cheese was freakishly salty.. they forgot half of my order.. when I called and told them I was missing items they said.. Ya well we put it in there so ya we don't know what to tell

Unfortunately got my order wrong (ordered a chicken sandwich, they sent 2 drumsticks and a thigh) and the menu item "Tacos" which usually denotes at least 2 tacos since it is plural only came with one taco.As far as food taste rating goes (scale of 0-5):fries 1/5: just choose a different side optiontaco 2/5: almost like they forgot to add the taco seasoningmac and cheese 3/5: perhaps a single step up from cafeteria food, a pretty good value though as it was inexpensivechicken sandwich ?/5Won't be ordering again.

Once again... My girlfriend and I are back here... Definitely recommend the Meatloaf, Shrimp/Grits, BBQ wings... PERFECT!

Ambiance was ambitious on a budget. Some nice touches. Service was good. The food was fair, unfortunately. My dining partner ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was good, but the round toaster waffles were anemic at best. I had "salmon cakes" which were not salmon at all, but seafood cakes with the "krab". Corn muffin was dry, and there were what appeared to turkey wing bones in the rice and beans (for flavor, when I asked). A few of the selections I had inquired about were not available that day. I do hope they succeed, but I won't be returning.

When we first walked in, we were greeted by the lovely hostess and had a chance to meet Darryl and Brandon. And that was just to get acquainted. We came back, again, the same welcome from a different hostess. Ordering was easy, the food was beyond delicious and the way they just make you feel at home in food and in hospitality, I wish I lived closer. We had the Hennessy BBQ Quarter with mac and cheese and a chicken cheesesteak with fries and the Chili. We also had a chance to try oxtail, a special menu item and a ramen bowl Mmmm!Do your mouth a favor and go!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to mushrooms and chef was very accommodating.

Stopped in for lunch and what an enjoyable experience. The Hennessy wings were the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The potato salad is just how I like it. Give it a try if you get the urge for Southern food. Great service and reasonable prices as well.

Ate at Staggers on Tues March 21st. Myself and one friend had the flounder stuff with crab meat. Best we ever had. Other friend had fried chicken and said it was excellent.This restaurant is a new gem in downtown Wilkes-Barre.Will certainly spread the word and eat there again in the future.
