Big fan of this Starbucks. It's right on campus so I go pretty regularly. The workers are nice and service is quick. The menu isn't as expansive as a full Starbucks but hey what can you do.

WiFi is often unreliable, and the music can be so loud that it’s impossible to have a conversation or to concentrate on class work.
Ordered coffee and it was served within 1 minute of ordering. Excellent customer service.Features: Wore Masks. Very Friendly.

Why is everyone so brashly unkind/impatient? I was afraid to ask if there was somewhere I could use the restroom. Oh, and the staff made sure to give me a free education on how it is a " corporate store " . By redundantly telling me that each and every time I asked about a tumbler or VIA coffee. Sort of a customer service Area 51. They make you feel like you aren't a person. Thanks Starbucks , I have a bitter taste in mouth
