Hello, I am the daughter of the family who owns this business and recently we have implemented a third party service to help us take calls. There has been many complaints, but this is our last resort as we are understaffed, me and my sister have gone off to college, and my brother who is severely autistic needs assistance from our mom. We understand how frustrating these systems may be as they are extremely frustrating for us to use as well, but our food is the same quality and if you come in person we will gladly service you!

I ordered food for ten people for a party we hosted. I requested they deliver the next day and also to mark the containers so I knew which meal was for which guest. The food arrived exactly on time and was packaged/labeled beautifully! Many of my guests hadn’t eaten their food before and raved about it. I had no leftovers! Hahahah. Thank you, Tin Tin! Everything was perfect and we were all delighted. I highly recommend this place!!

They have a new delivery system. People on phone are very slow. Delivery person didn't follow instructions, chicken was burnt. I have been a customer for a long long time, no more. I don't know if it's new ownership or what ever. Go back to your original ways. Not all technology is good. Good customer service is what keeps people coming back.

The food is always hot and ready. Affordable. BUT. The general tso is never done correctly. It's mushy breading. No vegetable at all except onion. Something has changed. I hope you guys can work on whatever it is because honestly. It use to be my go too. It was literally mush. I couldn't eat it, I really don't know what I was eating.
