Ordered food for delivery the man got here and didn’t have 2 of my orders....I called back they said 20-25 mins to have it redelivered...a hour passed I called they said that I need to come pick it up because they have no driver and then had the audacity to blame me and be rude

Was looking for authentic Dominican Cuisine I called over the phone to inquire about their menu, they were very attentive. I ordered Chicharron de Pollo sin hueso (chicken chunks with no bone) white rice, beans and it came with a salad and soda. The chunks of chicken were chicken cutlet sliced thin the size was a medium round tray not much. Rice was large and beans as well. Overall they were very attentive but not what I was excepting chicken was very dry not moist. Main concern was they did not have a mask on while serving me. That was more concerning as we are still in a pandemic.
