I visited yesterday for the 20th celebration opening and upon ordering my banana splits that are listed at a price of 6.75, I was charged the banana boat price of 8.45 (I got two of them so the girl told me my toal was 17.90 and I questioned her and said that doesn't seem right... I think you charged me for the banana boat I ordered 2 banana splits... she looked at me and repeated the total ignoring my question of if she charged me correctly, handed me the change and closed the window in my face) upon receiving them, the peanuts were stale and the bananas weren't ripe... complete waste of money!!! I've been a patron for all 20 of the years that cup has been open and I'm disgusted at the service and quality of food that I received!!! Never ever had an experience like this here before but it was bad enough to ruin it for the rest of this season for my family and I!!! Save your money and time and go elsewhere!!! I'm still trying to wrap my head around the interaction with the snooty young counter girl and her closing the window in my face when asking a question... UNBELIEVABLE!!!I HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS AND RETRAINS THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT WINDOW!!!

The girl who waited on us didn’t smile and was rude. They barely put any sprinkles, and closed at 8 instead of their posted hours of 9pm. Closed the windows shut. No napkins offered either.

The hard ice cream was excellent, and they are perfectly situated along the canal. It's a great place to stop when you're having a nice ride along the Delaware.

It's confusing why people leave 1 star reviews over business hours, like maybe you're frustrated, but very sad that you're never going to give them a chance and enjoy their ice cream. Idk how they do it, but they somehow offer 24 flavors of soft-serve! I had a butterscotch soft serve with peanut butter sauce. I loved it! Best cup of ice cream I've ever had

This is a must stop for my family. They have 24 flavors of soft serve ice cream and it is fantastic! It has a nice seating area and they play 50s music. Very nostalgic.
