If you like people in their 30s acting like they are in high school this place is for you. The Vibes are always off. 3 years ago to now has not changed one bit. Drinks tasted as if water down or off, limited drinks to Order. Overall not a place to recommend unless you just truned 21.

Bartender at the upstairs bar told me to keep holding up my dollar on dollar drink night because my " whole group" wasn't tipping him.... I was there for my first time in years with my daughter I made it a point to hand him $5 for a tip on my 4 $1 drinks and said I'm sorry we're not all made of money and he literally said "Well maybe you shouldn't be out at a bar!" WTF

Came down for a fun Saturday night with some friends. Went to close my tab at the end of the night that should've only had 5 $1 drinks on it, ended up being $28.50. It took the bartender about 20 minutes to find my card while he made other people drinks. When I asked about my tab he just kept telling me that I didn't get my drinks from him (which I 100% did the entire time I was there). Definitely spoiled the night for me and my friends.

Went on Halloween and the music was trash, the transitions were terrible, the bar was so packed couldn't even get drinks without waiting 15-30mins and it was just an entirely bad time. Only thing that was nice was how cheap it was because we only stayed for an hour before dipping. I could DJ better with youtube alone?.....

Rude over the phone service and took me 2 hours to get someone to answer the phone.

Gallows was small for the event and only had one bartender available took about 40 minutes to get a drink
They have special nights that have different sales on certain drinks. I bought roughly 8 shots during the 2$ special. They charged me in total 60 dollars and then argued with me that I was wrong. They will do anything to get more money and are known to do it to many.

Sadly, at the rate things are going, they might need to consider installing a floor scale and start weighing people as they enter.

About 6 months ago I went to cellblock for my birthday which was a bad idea. After less than 10 minutes of walking in my friends and I were accused of something that we didn’t do. Keep this in mind I’m a black woman in a predominantly white area and I was accused of something I didn’t do, discriminates, and racial profiled at this bar for being conveniently black and “matching a description”. I don’t like to bring up racial issues I face in clubs and bars but I feel like I have to since no one else does. The person that accused us didn’t have the nerve to face us they just “guessed”. Eventually they let us back in but we didn’t even receive any free drinks or compensation for being blamed out of spite. I normally don’t review places but I had such as awful and unforgettable experience. Yeah the drinks are cheap and they have fun events but I will never support a place that will willingly racial profile me with barely an apology and no type compensation for their actions. I wish there were other places in Williamsport where I don’t have to be racial profiled and stereotyped.
