This place is a tiny hidden gem. The staff is so friendly, the smoothie and açaí offerings are abundant, and the supplement selection is impressive. Also try the sauna -- there are really no sauna options in Williamsport and I'm grateful Freshlife has one. Freshlife is my go-to for vitamins and our staple family snacks (nuts, dried fruits, granola, veggie chips). Their fresh smoothies and juices are healthy and delicious. I appreciate the effort the staff and owner makes in dedicating themselves to holistic and natural health.
