My son and I really enjoyed this place! The food bars were fresh, flavorful and lots to choose from. Loved the chips queso and chili station as well! The desserts were yummy! Our steaks and potatoes were cooked perfectly and very nice quality! Server was very good. We will def be back! Prefer this over Villa and Texas Toadhouse. By far. Very pleasantly surprised! Loved it!

Older restaurant, needs updating inside and out. I couldn't get a bacon cheeseburger made medium rare. If I'm paying for my food, and I decided to spend my money in your restaurant, then make my food the way I want it. Not they way you say it has to be made. There are plenty of other restaurants in a 25 mile radius of Hoss's, that will make it my way, with a big smile on their face. Not have the waitress go from a smile to a grinch look saying we don't make it that way. I certainly don't recommend this place.

Rodney is fantastic. He's always there. We can come in at opening or be the last to leave while closing and Rodney is there, smile on his face.He treats the staff with leadership and kindness. I've personally heard him tell the person at the salad bar "good job, looks nice". And he's always doing something from moving tables for large parties. Cleaning menus. Seating people with such a welcoming warmness.

The prices are a bit high. The salad bar is boring. They used to have better soups and Buffalo chicken drew people in. Things need to pick up in there. I can eat at Texas Road house for about the same price or just a few dollars more.

Food was good. Our server, Ashley, was great. I had an issue at the salad bar, but the manager, Rodney, was such a delight. He helped me out in such a short time. I really enjoyed dinner with my family here. And the pretzels with cheese dip was really good.

WTF happened to Hoss's ? I remember it way better. Super cheap food, minimal selection and grimy. Won't be back. Service was shit too. It's a shame.
