Arrived on time and I could see that my food was ready, but it took over 10mins for a worker to come over and just hand me the box from behind the counter, while 5 other patrons waited as well. But the food was good for LC.

Gave us the wrong order. We just pulled out and realized. Called as I was turning around to come back the man I talked to said he took my order and he knows he made it right. Clearly not as my daughter don't eat meat and they all had pepperoni on them. He said since I don't have the receipt there's nothing he could do. Refused to do anything to help us get the right order. We ordered all pretzel crust and we got regular. He said he heard me say "classic pepperoni" nobody even calls it classic. They just say pepperoni. He was very rude about it.

Great food but staff ignored me till the guy taking out the trash got back. I gave him $5 as a thanks for acknowledging me and another $5 for his service.Parking: Only like 4 spots once the staff parks. Also getting in and out of the lot sucks with the joint Dunkin Hassel.Wheelchair accessibility: None. Sucks and hard to access with no help. They need push button access especially with no staff at the front most of the time to provide help. Not my first time at this place.

Went in to order some crazy bread. They usually have premade garlic bread unless you ask for them to be freshly made. I usually don't mind taking the premade ones although I sometimes ask for small adjustments, such as a little more garlic butter and that's it. Today I had a very bad experience with a young lady who's one of the managers. This time would be the second instance that I was treated very rudely by her. She immediately gave me her passive aggressive attitude. I ordered the crazy bread and noticed that the bread was already tightly wrapped inside of a small plastic bag, with sauce. I never witnessed her or any other person grab the crazy bread out of the warmer. I believe the crazy bread was already sitting out for some time, and they decided to give me the bread considering that's what I ordered. I had a problem with that, as anyone would've. I didn't make a big deal out of it I simply asked if she could make small adjustments by adding a little more garlic butter. She inturn gives me a look as if I'm bothoring her. She then rips the bag open, and proceeds to aggressively grab the bread to the point that all the crazy bread sticks spilled onto the floor. At this point she's drawling the attention of other customers. She laughs about it along with another coworker. She proceeds to grab another order of bread from the warmer, she handling my food very aggressively. She throws the bread onto the steel counter, take the butter garlic sauce and literally soaks the bread with it. At that moment I decided to get a refund. Once I asked for the refund she them snatched the cash register open and proceeds to hand me my refund, considering she'd already given me her attitude, and was being extremely aggressive for some unknown reason, I felt that she was also going to drop the change in my hand. Therfore, I asked could she sit the money on the counter. I then proceed to leave. No customer should ever be treated that way, so I wanted to speak with her supervisor. I then proceed back into the store to ask for her supervisor, as I'm walking in I hear herself and another gentleman saying horrible things about my appearance and making jokes. They were caught off guard seeing me return. I ignored the insults and proceeded to ask to speak with her manager. She's being condescending at this point, she tells me that she is the manager, with a smirk on her face. I asked her 5 different times for the name of her manager and she continued to patronize and antagonize me. All in front of other customers. I felt extremely embarrassed that she was treating me in this way. After the 6th attempt of asking for her manager, she then gives me the name. I tell her that I did not appreciate the way she was treating me, she then acts surprised and confused as if I'm crazy and completely fabricated the situation. I walked out and told her I would be speaking to her manager. She mocks me as I'm leaving and laughs. I've never in my life witnessed an employee behave in such a disgusting and unprofessional way. I would never return back to this particular location. I will be contacting her supervisor and possibly corporate. Her behavior was completely unacceptable.

Food was not that warm, didn't taste fresh. Staff was nice. Bread wasn't cooked enough. I wouldn't go back but it's a pizza chain so you get what you pay for.

Never buy from here. Service is so slow not to mention the employees lied about the wait time (15 minutes). 2 pizzas over an hour wait.

Appearantly they close at 8:30 PM on Thursdays. We went here at around 8 and the doors were already locked. Why claim to be opened until 8:30 if you lock the doors at 8? It's not like we arrived a minute before they closed.
