I couldn't remember why I stopped going. The I remembered that Wendy's and 5 guys have burgers and fries that are 1,000 times better! McDonald's burgers and fries are not a meal nor a snack!

Absolutely terrible our fries were cold out drinks didn't come on the tray so I went up to get them and was told they would come on the tray so I told them they didn't and insisted they did place was dirty I remember when McDonald's had standards they might of been low standards but at least there was a standard ?

Ordered a meal with an additional medium fry, when I got to the window they said the soda machine was down and gave me a small orange juice when I paid for a medium coke. Also did not give me the additional fries I ordered. When I went back for the fries I had to sit behind 2 cars with large orders instead of just being given it at the first window. Wasted gas and almost an hour of my day
I gave a 20% off code on my order of $52. The older lady running the cashier station didn't apply my code correctly and said it was my fault. Never called a manager to come over to assist me. The manager gave me 2 apple pies and an extra 10 piece nugget to try and appease me. This McDonalds isn't my favorite one to go to but my wife still likes it.

Stopped by and placed an order for two sausage egg cheese biscuits to go. Paid for sausage egg cheese biscuits. Upon arrival at our destination, realized we received sausage egg biscuits . . NO cheese. My mistake for not checking and thinking they could take care of an easy order.
