Last few experiences I had there where kinda bad. They for some reason advertise the buffet, but oddly enough never offer it. The food might have gone down hill. Just a shell of it's former self. Mediocre at best.

Waitress never asked if we wanted menus or buffet she just assumed we wanted buffet but we didn't. Took forever for drinks, menu and food. Understood they were understaffed but still.

The waitress could not get the order correct. It took 2 orders for the same pizza and it still was not correct. Needless to say we will not be returning. It will be Domino's instead.

The food was really good, and for two workers, food came out pretty fast. It was clean, I like how there isn't much stuff inside. It's not overwhelming to find where to go. The waiter/chef was really nice and understood when we needed some napkins and garlic sauce.
Stopped in wmspt pizza hut. Our server was Sheldon. Wow!! We absolutely loved him! So pleasant. Fit right in with our group. He made our night .

It's no wonder you get so many 1 star reviews, you won't answer the phone. When corporate tries to contact for me it just cuts off the phone line. Clearly within the open hours so I guess Pizza Hut has way to much business to need mine. I tried for 45 mins...I'd give you zero stars if it was an option. And since you record the calls I guess NOT.

I could complain about their service, but I guess if your looking for good service you shouldn't be at pizza hut.This place was renovated a few years back, but you could never tell by how dilapidated the inside is.Looks good on the outside, but they probably should have spent more money on the interior.

Guess inflation causes them to serve a large regular cheese pizza like this? Lol cardboard with cheese on it. Thinnest pizza I have ever had.
