i ordered a cake and the day i picked it up the icing was cracking all over the cake, it was the wrong color and the design was wrong. it was supposed to be a heart shaped cake and it wasn’t! the whole thing was sloppy and ruined the birthday surprise.

The past few years the service and product presentation have gone down hill. They refused to put the requested color frosting on the cake because they didn't want to make a new batch in one case. In another we received our cake still in the pan. The sides did not having any frosting. No cookies in the case. Very disappointing compared to the years of great products we have enjoyed before.

First and foremost , “WOW!” The cookies were unbelievable as well as the service. I came in after really stressful morning, just trying to clear my mind. I was greeted by I believe his name was Sean, he recommended a sticky bun for my son, and I’ll you what, we’re coming back for more. I wanted a cake at the last minute. I ordered at 9:00 a.m. in the morning and was able to receive my cake at 1:00 p.m. It was gorgeous and so delicious. I used to live in Williamsport and always loved these vanilla cakes with vanilla icing. I haven't had one in probably 15 to 20 years and this was just as delicious as I ever remember it being, maybe even more so. The decorating was so amazing for such a short notice! Thank you Roy's bakery?

For as long as I can remember my pop pop would buy a Roy’s bakery cake for every single birthday, it was a tradition. Even while deployed overseas, my father sent me a cake for my birthday… granted it came as a giant ball of icing and cake, but it was delicious nonetheless. I will forever buy a Roy’s bakery cake for any momentous occasion in my life or my families lives. If you love cake (and who doesn’t), then I would highly suggest buying a cake or some sugar cookies. You will never be disappointed!!My husband has continued the tradition by buying cakes for all occasions. The most recent cake he bought was for the birth of our daughter and it’s the largest cake they offer.

Tried to order a bday cake being a local. Lady who answered didnt care one bit, beyond rude... this is why small businees dont thrive. Rudeness will put me at a chain... Over them these days.... its how your treat people.... I will take my hard earned money else where.
Cookies are pretty good, but absolutely drenched in sugar. They are an acquired taste. Haven't tried anything else.
