Called ahead by more than 24 hrs to make a reservation for a larger party. When we arrived I was told that the reservation was never taken down. So we ended up having to wait about 30 minutes with 6 kids running around, the manager did come out and talk to us and accommodated us with 30 minutes of free play at the arcade while we wait for tables to be available side by side but was rather rude/annoyed about it. They do charge you 20 dollars, which was not mentioned previously to me for bringing in cupcakes despite us ordering food for 14 people. The food was not great, the burger looked like a frozen patty you would get from BK or McDonald's. The cheese Pizza was very greasy. And the service was slow, we spent >2.5 hrs there by the time it was all said and done. On a positive note- overall the atmosphere was nice and it seems like a relatively clean place. But can't say we will be back or I would recommend it in future to someone.

Lost my business with group of 18 going to Wild wings in stead. Why because they answered their phone to answer my question regarding if they have the full football package so we can watch out Bills. Scorz sports bar gave me options but none to talk to anyone. Guess they must so busy they can't answer a call. Here we come Buffalo wild wings hungry and thirsty Bills fan club Not so Mafia.

The male restaurant/bar server doesn't like to be bothered and could not handle a larger order correctly, even after multiple complaints. They also make customers come and get their orders themselves, which seems to defeat the purpose of eating there at all. The wedge salad has no flavor and the other items are straight from the fryer to a styrofoam box.

The manager,Sage, made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcome. I tried to order a drink and she declined me because I didn't have an ID, which is understandable. However, when other customers came to the bar to order drinks she served them without asking for any identification. Not to mention, I am a black female and they were white men. When I confronted her about what I witnessed, she gave me an attitude & told me that she has been bartending for 20 years and she knows her job. That information was irrelevant. I just wanted clarification on why I was the only one who was asked to show ID. Seems racist to me

Ordered the mile high nachos after they were out of chicken wings.looked good online so picked them i got a plate of corn chips with yellow cheese that tasted like fish for 14.00. Very disappointed will never eat there again. Worst experience ever and false advertising at its finest

Service was disorganized and the entrees brought out to our group in random intervals instead of all at once. Drink orders were mixed up and one diner simply didn't get a meal. Long delays in service while workers appeared to be standing around. The food was okay, but not worth the price in light of poor service. It seemed like there is a systemic problem in the restaurant.

will not be returning. took 30 for a waitress to come to our table and 10 to get the drinks then we waited for 2 hours to get our food. we had to pretty much beg to get drink refills while we waited. the food was burnt. our waitress never came to ask us how everything was or anything she would just stand around.
It's gone downhill since opening . Food quality not worth the price. Staff is so so. Honestly disappointed. They have much more potential .

We were heading to Albany NY and the Patriots game was starting soon so we looked up this Bar and Grill. 17 miles off interstate 80. We had the best time and great food! Jen (Spiller) was such a friendly, efficient attentive person.We watched the game, someone had a birthday there and shared their cake? The atmosphere was great! We loved it! Thank you! Worth the trip!
