So disappointed by the food and the raise in prices. I know every restaurant has raised them, but for the area this is just crazy. Almost $9 for potato chips? $9 for six mozzarella sticks? At a similar bar down the road the exact same product is $4-5. And the food was bland, not any flavor. The brew city fried were good, but other than that, the entire meal was a miss.

It's simply an inviting atmosphere with very good food and reasonable prices. The wait staff cares about what they do and are good at it.

Have never had a bad meal here! The menu has something for everyone and so many choices. Love the beer cheese with fried apps and the black Diamond steak is cooked perfectly and so tender every time. Wonderful and attentive servers and fast service as well!

Nice but lacking the service one would expect for the atmosphere. Possibly short-handed at the time.

Sat in non-smoking room. It was only staffed with one person who did their best to keep up but really needed help. Grilled chicken salad was ok although wish the chicken was hot, not cold. There were a lot of fruit flies around the room which made eating difficult and unappetizing.

Stopped in for lunch. Was not busy at all. I decided to go with the Valley Chimichanga. I also ordered the pot stickers for the appetizer because when I get a chimichanga at most Mexican restaurants, they are not too big. The pot stickers were excellent, and the dipping sauce was great. Sometimes, the sauce is too runny, but this was a perfect consistency. The chimichanga was amazing. It's larger than I expected, and the taste was equally amazing. Very good food and exceeded my expectations.

About 25 of us, Annalise is amazing! She moved so quickly and had a wonderful disposition: took our orders accurately, served beverages, dinners, appetizers and desserts spot on! Joshua was very helpful and also pleasant disposition. I had clam strip appetizer, scallops and cheese cake. All the appetizers, dinners, etc looked delicious and everyone seemed very pleased. Good food, excellent service!Parking: Ample parking

Food is good and reasonably priced. It was a bit warm with a smoke odor.

I’ve eaten here a few times. The valley inn is ok if you have low standards. Sadly, Many longtime residents and former patrons that I know have abandoned this place. This is a place with great potential, but obviously very, very poor management. First of all, they do have a nonsmoking section, but it is separate from the main bar/dining room, and service will be slower. Their ketchup bottles are old/unrefrigerated making them rancid. My wife didn’t believe my critique, only to then say “Dang! They gave us the spicy ketchup by accident!” Lol they have no spicy ketchup, just management that either doesn’t believe in or know about science & quality food service. Their regular wings are tiny, not worth even considering. One of their wing sauces consists of mainly that “spicy” ketchup but I forget which one I tried that time lol. This place just survives on allowing smoking and their gambling machines. This place could literally make millions more if someone who knew what they were doing was at the helm. Reach out to me if you want a competent manager. Shame since this is right in town, just look at many other recent low reviews.

5/14/2023First, showed up and there were only seven vehicles in the lot. Sat on the deck and told them we were out there as well as another group of 8. We were a group of 4 with a toddler. Waitress came out with no menus and took our drink order. Brought our drinks back with no menus so I went inside and got them. By the time she came back and we ordered we had empty glasses which took close to twenty minutes to be refilled. After an hour of being there we got our refill. In the next 30 minutes our appetizers came out. We were close to the 2 hour mark and no sight or sound of the waitress so we got up and left. If you are going to be slow then at least provide the dang courtesy and inform us.

Salad was delicious, but music was way too loud for 4 pm to enjoy conversation and late lunch with a friend.

New update...Myself and a half dozen other fellas will not back . After the incident last Thursday with the drunk patron who was belittling and fat shaming her kids, and not being removed from the premises. The fact that the staff allowed this behavior with no intervention has brought us to a point where our business will go elsewhereCredit card fee is based on a minimum purchase now. So that's better. We were there last night. The perogies were disgusting, and they didn't get removed from the bill.Jumbo wings came out as mini me wings.Orders put in wrong for sandwiches. They were out of multiple menu items.According to staff they sent staff home early prior to the rush. So short staffed as well.I will not be back for awhile. Hope they fix the mistakes
