This is my second time visiting to watch a sporting event at Lycoming College. In November I asked the bartender, :"how is your Cosmo"? and he said, "not that great". Later that night my son and I went to have dinner and we weren't even looked at for over 15 minutes. We went somewhere else.Tonight, there were two bartenders on and the cosmos were crap and all they did was gather at the corner of the bar and talk to other servers. It was absolutely ridiculous! We had the fried pickles and homemade chips which were great but after someone brought us the dish, the bartenders never asked if we needed anything, if everything was ok. They ignored us the entire time. Mind you, there were five people at the bar. As a bartender, don't you want the people who ordered an appetizer to order dinner too? If you don't check on them, they are out. Which is exactly what we did....never again.

Cocktail bar on the rise! Popped in out of the blue to discover that they had a new cocktail menu. Tried several things off of it , and requested custom cocktails. All of them were divine. Their staff were highly knowledgeable and willing to make you a cocktail that would blow your socks off regardless of liqueur choice. Would highly recommend!

I ordered the steak Diane and it was burnt and the sauce was horrible. I didn't eat it and the asked me if I wanted something else. I ordered a burger which was better but not very good either. Went to pay the bill and they charged me for both meals and said there was nothing they could do. Also service was very slow. It took about an hour to get my original meal

The establishment was quaint and part of the hotel, but also had outside patronage. It's a nice pub with bar style food. The decorations are nice and you can eat indoors or outdoors weather permitting. The fish and chips gets a 6.5/10. Nothing to rave about, but still a solid and decent option. Their drinks were good as well. Overall a decent experience and meal.

Our first clue should have been that the restaurant was almost empty on a First Friday in town when all of the other restaurants were packed. I would like to be clear here that our server was friendly and attentive, and she was struggling with the issues that night. Our party of three was seated quickly. One of our group ordered a Manhattan with a particular brand of whiskey. The server told us they were "out" of that brand. But as soon as they said that, another bottle magically appeared. After more waiting (about a total of a half hour--and we could see the bartender from where we sat. Apparently, he was just mad about something), my friend finally got a glass of what was just whiskey with a cherry in it--fourteen dollars). I asked to see the manager and was told they had resigned that morning--not surprising). I've eaten here before, and the food can be decent. The menu has no vegetarian dishes. My other friend, who is a vegetarian, was able to order the spaghetti, which was freshly made (they can add meatballs to it), and she liked it very much. Able to buffet the blow with a shot of whiskey, my other friend found her calamari burned and said that it tasted like it had been frozen and dumped in the fryer. Our lovely server deducted that from the bill. My own dish, a kind of fish and chips, was overcooked as well but more or less edible. Windows on Fourth has a reputation that precedes it of these kind of problems, but the owners don't seem inclined to address them. That's a shame because the place is ideally located in the heart of Williamsport. If you're looking for dinner, there are other fine restaurants to choose from.

This cute little restaurant is part of Genetti Hotel.Great service by our server Zion. He's a total sweetheart. The bar food is decent, but I didn't venture into the fancier menu items so no comments there. The French onion soup was very tasty but too salty. My Lycoming sandwich (which is equivalent to a cheese steak) fell apart but was still enjoyable. My old fashion drink tasted weird. My favorite meal was breakfast, which is complimentary for all hotel guests.

Tried this place for the first time and was pleasantly surprised they were having live music. Not sure how frequently the have this but it was great! The food was good as well. I had the salmon and it wasn't over cooked like some places do with salmon.

Many of us showed up to see a musician to find out they had double booked their entertainment. Of course only one could preform but they sent away the guy who had traveled from wellsboro and did not compensate him for his time or travel. Food was so-so. We were only there bc of their advertised musician. So we had blah food and didnt see the musician. Disappointing that their mistake cost him a nights worth of pay.

We went out after my friends graduation and wanted to get some appetizers and drinks. It was the worse service any of us ever had, our waitress was smoking a cigarette right near us while we were waiting to order our drinks. We would order drinks and not see them for 25-30 minutes until we went to the bar to get them ourselves, as were the others around us. All our empty cups were on the table. The chicken tenders were so dry you could barely chew it. The food we got was not good. Our bills were all messed up and after telling our waitress over 3 times we finally just paid what was on our check, even though it was still incorrect. Would not recommend, we will not be going again.

Posted regarding Chef Josh!I don’t know where to begin, this chef is seasoned. His cooking to order is phenomenal. His experimental cooking even more so if that’s even possible. I’m not saying it’s a guarantee, but if you don’t see it on the menu, ask for the cook, he will be more than happy to come out and talk to you and discuss your likes if he hasn’t met you before you even ask. Yes, he’s that type of guy. I highly suggest trying anything to say cooks.Vegetarian options: Wouldn’t know, I’m a meat eaterThough I know they can, and do cater to grass eatersKid-friendliness: YesParking: Free for restaurant and or hotel

I definitely recommend eating here. The food & drinks were very delicious. The service was excellent, the food came out quick, and the staff were very friendly and personable. As we were finishing up dinner they had a fella starting to sing live music. It was a lovely atmosphere and I really enjoyed the experience.
