Placed a small order for delivery on a Friday during lent. Estimated wait time was one hour. Decided to change it to pick up. When signing my receipt, I noticed the $2.50 delivery fee was still on there so I asked them to remove it. Young lady at counter was hesitant to ask her boss to remove it so I had to ask her again to get her boss. I heard the boss from the back yell “It’s only $2.50!!! Tell him to take a soda.” I will never return again.

Carlos pizza used to have very great customer service and they were very adamant about customer satisfaction. my last 2 orders were a compete disaster. the first one, I was given an estimated wait time, which took way longer. today, I ordered one item and asked for extra white sauce and a little bit of hot sauce, no lettuce. they got the lettuce right but they never gave me extra white sauce or hot sauce. when I called back about it, I was told , with attitude, they can't send the driver back just for that. they didn't charge me. It's about the principal and the customer satisfaction, not the charge. You should give the customer what they ASKED for. Giving me an attitude is NOT customer friendly whether you charged me or not. THAT disrespectful behavior is NOT okay. I work too and I shouldn't have to pull teeth to get what I asked for.
