“Old school! In from NYC on biz…had looked this place up. So much better than most of the Philly center tourist traps. The large cheesesteak was enough for 3 meals, and the meat was so good and cooked perfectly. The meatball sub was damn good too! Dreaming about that cheesesteak! Nice staff too!“

“Breakfast is excellent. Everything we’ve tried has been on point, and we’ve ordered about 4 times. We haven’t found porkroll egg and cheese on a bagel or scrapple egg and cheese that hits the mark, but this place has it and it’s delicious. Haven’t tried lunch/dinner yet but we will. “Someone else wrote a review on this place and said that they didn’t understand the bad reviews. I was skeptical but hubs wanted a late night pizza and not much else was open so we tried it out. I didn’t even take pictures because i was that suspicious. We got a small pizza and the alcapoco fries. They were both delicious! It’s our new favorite spot! And the prices are real reasonable for these days.“

“I am not from town. I was staying about a mile away. Google showed good reviews for this location. They almost lost my service because they didn't open on time. I decided to wait and give them time to open. It was worth the wait. I ordered a Big Cheesesteak and a Lil Special Italian. Both of them were huge, packed with tons of meat, and delicious. I will say the Special Italian was by far one of the best if not the best hoagie I've had.“

“Been in Havertown for 9 months and never knew about this place! Prices are excellent. Huge menu!! They have a large variety of snacks and beer. Downside is they don't sell many energy drinks but have some unique sodas. They also have a place to sit inside. A deli wrap here is $6 compared to other places in town which are $10-12. I'll be a regular here.“

“I traveled from Atlanta to Union Steaks, and it was worth it! Perfectly located by the Philadelphia United arena, the cheese steaks are among the best in the area. Soft bread, fresh peppers, and onions made every bite delightful. Bonus: the entire menu is Halal! The staff is friendly, and their cheese steak nachos are a must-try.
