This place was one of my favorite go to places! I referred all my friend and family to this place. Including a very high paying customer who hosted a 50th Birthday party. Recently new management took over and I’m extremely disappointed with how quickly it’s changed. We came in with our son who turned 21 today. His ID was not scanning to their standards (I bartended for many years. I completely understand how important it is to verify someone’s drinking age) however, we had been to one other restaurant before arriving to BBT. No problem at all. Our waitress informed us that this happened to 3 other’s who were newly 21 year olds today.A party of 9 of us walked out. We are good paying/tipping customers. I highly recommend you avoid this place until they fix their ways of checking new ID’s. Unless you’re not carded. I really hope the owner sees this.I’m going to take a wild guess that BBT is on a restricted liquor license.

We were in last night, a group of 8. Our waitress was funny and just a delight. She made us pineapple upside down cake shots and they were DELICIOUS!! Great food and atmosphere.
Hello! This was my first time me and my friends came to this place and we were unfortunately disappointed. The restaurant itself was very nice and clean but the service was not good. We had to get our waitresses attention 3 times to attend to us. She didn’t know all 4 of us needed drinks. My friend asked for ranch and the ranch was brought after the fact she ate her tots. She never once asked how was the food and if we needed anything. We also were disappointed over the fact that there was no bacon and fried pickles. Over half the menu had bacon incorporated in it so it was like what do you really get at this point. The service needs to be address at this restaurant. Waitress was not polite and does not know how to serve and take care of her tables properly. Although the service was not good at all… the burger I had was delicious and cooked perfectly! The cheese on the fries was 10/10!

We had a horrible experience. We went there for dinner and to here a band we enjoy. We got there early so that we could get a good seat as I am disabled and it is hard for me to go out and I could not stand all evening. I also have a difficult time with higher chairs/stools. All of the low tables were taken so we sat at the bar to wait for a table with lower chairs. As it got closer to 8:00, they began to get really busy. We could tell that the one lower table was wrapping up and a group that came after us were standing near by and were going to take the table when the other group finished and switch us for seats at the bar. As the people stood to leave a group of young people came entered the building saw the group stand to leave and walked over and took the table, when the group that was waiting tried to explain they were waiting for that table the waitress said "F*** them you can sit here it's my table, denying customers that had been waiting for 2 hours. When we addressed this with the so called manager he said sorry but he wasn't going to make it right and that he was too busy to hear it. Then he flagged 2 members of our party one of which was on his 1st drink. None of our group were unruly or hostile we only expressed our feelings of dissatisfaction at how everything was handled and how they treated a disabled patron. There was also several other issues, one being the number of people in such a small building, water all over the floor going to the bathroom, and then being walked out on the dance floor. Patrons going behind the bar interacting with bar staff. We will not be back.
The service is great. The food is very nice and when I went it came out perfect. Also the kids menu was only 5 dollars! So good.

The food here is pretty decent; however, the service by management and certain waitress staff is atrocious. One waitress actually said "F*** them" to some customers that had been waiting almost 2 hours for a seat and she gave the table to people who had just walked in and hadn't waited at all. When brought to the attention of the so called manager his response was sorry but I'm too busy to hear about it. Because we expressed our displeasure at his I don't care attitude he refused to serve some of our party. No one in our party was out of line or hostile, so his reaction was way out of line. Also the place seemed way over capacity for the size and staff couldn't keep up. There was a lot of water on the floor going to the restroom that was very dangerous and tracked onto the dance floor. This was not our first visit but will be our last.

Don't call ahead, they don't answer...So many places over charge for what they offer. Especially on market items, like wings.If I'm honest, this is one of them.It's a rare occasion I will order anything here because of their pricing vs the quality. Nothing to speak on, really. Maybe their pulled pork, but most definitely not those, not so "Jumbo" wings....I'm sure they can mix a cocktail, or pour a beer, just about anyone can.Kid-friendliness: Don't take kids, lol. The people here act a fool when they drink and no one sets them straight.
This was our first time here after having lots of recommendations to go. When you walk in you seat yourself our waitress came over almost immediately with menus. Didn't take pictures but for drinks we had White Peach Crush, Punch Bowl Crush, and a Reeds Apple Ale.

Absolutely Fantastic. My wife and I recently tried Burning Bridge Tavern for date night and we will certainly be back.We are both trying to eat more meat for health reasons and this restaurant is an excellent option. The brisket is excellent and the portions are generous.

Ok so here's the thing - you need to know how where you fall on the scale of flavors before you get here. If you think black pepper is spicy, this isn't your place but if you enjoy a balance of flavors in a comfortable atmosphere, you're going to love it. The server summed what we got up perfectly as "spice but not spicy". The hot honey garlic sauce is very well balanced. We both loved the firecracker sauce. The brisket was tender and moist without just falling apart or being fatty. Really really solid choices all around. We'll be back.
