First time here, I work up here but live 70mi away in Delaware. Usually I eat pb&j or Popeyes rarely. Today was my birthday and I wanted something different. I had my first 5 guys. Probably will be my last. My burger was overcooked and I didn't feel the flavor was anything special. The banana milkshake did taste like fresh bananas. So, I give them that. However I still didn't like it. Look, you can get a better burger at most other places and pay less. The same with the shake.

My daughter and I stopped in. She recommend the grilled cheese burger she'd been hearing of. It was the BEST decision we could've made! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The wait wasn't long, and quality and taste of the food made us dance. We made sure to double tip the staff to keep up morale and ensure we get the same experience next time. Thanks Cedarbrook 5 Guys staff❤️

The big lady with the braids was very unprofessional. She threw the bags on the counter. She was talking about the other employees too. The place was very unorganized. There was no system for calling up each order, it was random. So many people working behind the counter and orders were backed up. The burger was pretty greasy.
