“What the hell happened to this place. Oh yeah, the Covid outbreak. We have been to Victory Pig several times. It’s been an institution since 1942. Friends of ours turned us on to it years back. We had my brother in law in town (post Covid) and had been telling him about their fantastic pizza for years. He wanted to try it so we took the over hour long drive to Wyoming PA. We get there expecting to have a seat and a meal. To our surprise (we should’ve checked before we left) they were only serving take out orders in the parking lot. To be fair they have always done this but you used to be able to sit inside. You pull up, the waitress comes to your car, she takes your order and you pay and wait. She comes back out with your food and you’re on your way. Well we didn’t want to travel all that way and not have the pizza so we ordered a couple of pies and went to a near by park and ate. Man it was as good as I remember it. My brother in law loves it. The sauce is slightly sweet, the cooked onions with the sauce under the cheese is phenomenal. Super crispy dough bottom and soft (but not to soft) top. They also have pulled pork sandwiches, fries and other items but we don’t mess with that. We go straight for the pizza. They actually will deliver to anywhere in the world. At least I think they still do ?. I hope they open up there seating again. Honestly I haven’t checked lately, I will. The interior has let’s say a nostalgic vibe.“

“My boyfriend and now husband started coming regularly a little over a year ago from Bloomsburg and it’s one of our favorite date spots. He is a first responder too. The food is amazing every single time. The baby back ribs are my favorite and the best you can get around IMO.“

“We were a party of 6 . Everyone agreed-food was excellent! Everything we got was fantastic!! Service was outstanding!! There were at least 3 girls at our table making sure everyone had what they needed. Sarah ; our main waitress was the most upbeat, happy person you could meet. She explained everything to us, made recommendations and made our visit perfect! We will all definitely be back.“

“Food was REALLY good BUT the oxtails were too spicy. EVERYTHING was on point from the cabbage , rice and peas & plantains even the oxtails! Very tender but the spice can overpower it. Restaurant should consider whatever spice they include in them because oxtails aren’t supposed to be spicy. Overall great place and service !“

“Always above and beyond. My boyfriend and I aren't drinkers so we only go for the food but boy is it a reason to go!! The pulled pork and brisket are our favs. I also love the Mac and cheese. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. 5 out of 5 every time we go“
