I love to order online everyday from this place and never had a problem with it til I ordered twice from the app. This old lady that works there has told me once that I should have had ordered my food on the register when I got there witch to remind you I ordered all the time about 15 20 mins in advance because of the drive from Mohegan to Wyoming. So I decided to ordered again today from the app and she ended up rolling her eyes at me and was all confused on how to work the register for the mobile app. How can you have people work there if they don't know how to use the register for the mobile app? This is not just once this is twice now. I definitely don't understand how they can have some rude people work for them and to be able to say what they wanna say or even roll their eyes at customers. Then they wonder why people are so rude to them. They can't even handle fast pace restaurants and yes I have worked at a burger king before and never been rude to any of the customers you know why because they are always right as the industry claims they are.

Drive-thru is open till 11:00 had to go through the drive-thru at 9:10 p.m. after if I could have a large milkshake and a chocolate sundae and I was told it was being cleaned and that there was no more milkshakes or Sundays available which I think is totally wrong they don't close till 11:00 should have milkshakes and Sundays till 10:00 p.m. was very disappointed ?

Stay away from there for at least 2 weeks, there is a district manager there with a cold sneezing all over the place, trust me u do not want this cold, thanks burger king.

It's an alright Burger King location. Much better than the infamous one in Nanticoke that everyone in town hates but still eats there. Most of the staff is relatively nice except for a couple rude cashiers but that's just about everywhere I tend to go toVegetarian options: Impossible Whopper (even though I've heard it's disgusting, but I guess you be the judge)Parking: You can park in the BK lot or park over in Midway and walk down. I tend to ride the bus down there so I have to get off at Price Chopper and walk down but if you do that be careful. Traffic isn't horrible compared to a lot of the WB shopping centers, a lot of the people out here are much more courteous but still be careful. There's nutcases everywhere

I just picked up a large order here at 3:30 everything was right, food was hot and came out fast, and person working the drive thru was great! I never leave reviews, but good job Wyoming, PA BK!!

I revisit this burger King in the midway shopping center. I had a bad experience. I filled out there survey stating my experience. I did get a response from someone higher up. I felt like I was the bad guy because of my the way I worded it. What happened to the customer is always right.

They need to listen to the orders better. I ordered a sprite got a coke I ordered a burger with extras and no mayo came with little extra and alot of mayo.
Just got back from BK Wyoming drive thru. I bought 4 whopper meals with bacon and cheese. $48.29 dollars later. As we all ate our burgers we had one common question. Are these burgers thinner or something. Burgers were much smaller than normal and didn't have that flame broiled taste! Burger was not at all tasty! Fries were hard and cold. Lady at drive thru needs a attitude adjustment. I have also did research that shows BK has reduced size of there beef. So my question is where is the beef? Prices go up portions get smaller. Next time Wendy's.

Sat in drive thru for over 18 minutes and when I asked why I was rudely told “we are busy and short handed “ with the worst attitude I’ve ever had at a drive thru!!! This burger is horrible and the staff rude, that’s why they will never do anything in life but serve fast food!!!

Whoever the new management is, great job.. food is good considering it's BK but the people doing drive thru are super nice vs the golden arches nearby lately

The manager Danny and her team were so nice and efficient!! Treated my kiddo amazing place is spot less.. how can anyone complain about this place for fast food!!! Great Job Danny!!
