I ordered sesame chicken with egg fried rice and an egg roll combo meal at 6pm. I had put my order in the fridge for later. When I took my food out of the fridge at around 9:15pm, the rice was hard and not egg fried rice. I hurt my tooth when I tried eating it. There was no chicken, it was basically the sauce and crunch. Disgusting!! I called Hong Kong and asked for a refund and the lady asked when I ordered my food. I ordered around 5 and she said that I waited too long to eat my food and that was the reason for the food being hard. It was 9:23 and she had asked that I come back before 9:30. I made it to the restaurant at 9:30 and she asked me if I would like another order made. I said no and I just want a refund. She gave me a refund with no apology. I will never eat there again and I used to buy food from there all the time. Very disappointing…. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The food was inedible and the customer service was horrible.

First and last time egg rolls burnt no sauces dumplings ice cold garlic chicken was pink and no favor my husband had general tsos tiny balls of breading. Both were cold. Our regular place is closed on Tuesdays. So we wanted to try. 32$ right in the garbage.

It's been a while since ordering from here. Very disappointing. Ordered General Tso. The pieces overall were so small, they were 80 percent breading, 10 percent mystery meat, and 10 percent air. They're getting a 2 star because 10 minute was 10 minute for pick up, and the pork fried rice was OK.

They usually have good food but not this time. I ordered the seafood combo. The small corn was brown and half of the order was broccoli. The one piece of lobster in it was old and salty. The scallops were mushy. I also ordered a container of sweet and sour sauce which I was charged for but didn't receive. I ordered a quart of egg drop soup which was good . It was supposed to come with noodles but I didn't get those either. I ordered a shrimp roll which tasted old and freezer burned. I used to order from here quite often on Sundays, but to spend $30 plus a $5 tip for 1 dinner plus soup and not get the extras I paid for I won't eat here here again. Hong Kong in Marshalls Creek is way BETTER. This was a takeout order. When I called after returning home the lady on the phone wouldn't let me get a word in and I hung up feeling ripped off.
It’s good food although it has changed I don’t feel comfortable eating here because there are always kid screaming and playing on their phones also this place is a bit dirty takeout is a better option the costumer service is good they are really nice but they need to improve a few things.
