My sandwich maker wiped her nose/ face whatever it was ,her gloves touched her face close to her mouth and nose ,and continued to make my sandwich ,sticking her hand right into the meats. Then the other girl made a mean comment about a customer that just left .....I will no longer patronize this Subway.

If you're going to accept an order at least read what people want on the sandwich. My sandwich was incorrect and the wrap was wrapped wrong so everything fell out the bottem.

Kim complained the whole time !!! It took her 30 minutes to make a sandwich. She complained about the cheese saying it’s not real cheese. She complained about heating people’s sandwiches up ! She lets stuff pile up on the counter the whole time ! She told the person in front of me to get off of his phone when he’s ordering with her !!! She kept complaining about her job saying she can not wait to get off. Kim is horrible 0/10 do not recommend!

Took my money on an online order app said my order was ready was 7:30pm. And they were closed. Called was yelled at by a female worker wouldnt give me her name and blocked my phone

No cookies there,I asked for chocolate chip, it was like a bother to the worker that she said I'd have to make then .cause I asked for them .that's there job it's not hard to make cookies now ??

Only gave it 2 stars bc it's only 1 of the people that works there who constantly screwd things up. Light mayo means light mayo, especially when you're ordering from the app. But even when using the app I still called to let them know.. I'm really serious about light mayo. I pick up the already paid for to go subs from the rack, get it home, unwrap it and the mayo is already dripping off the hoagie. I wrap it up, take it back and hand it to the lady with the freakish mayo thing going on. I ask her to please make 2 new subs both light on the mayo. While standing there watching her make the subs she grabs the knife and wouldn't ya know... plops down a huge heaping blob of mayo before I could say just use a quarter amount of that. So this time I just lost my shiz. I don't want this sandwich I don't want the one you think you're going to make and just refund my cash. Lady, you know who you are. Now I call first and ask who's on staff. Either way, mayo directions are always now... mayo on the side. ... even this doesn't mean the order is correct... many times there was no mayo in the bag. Really upsetting but.... giving subway up

You guys need to start putting a decent amount on the hoagie bc some don't put enough on the sandwich where it's completely slim to none. You should follow guidelines but enough where we can actually eat the bogie with paying for more in order to get the de emt amount of toppings!

Looks a little dank and sketchy from the outside, but inside this is a very clean and modern Subway. I’ve eaten here several times and never had a problem with the sandwiches they put together. I’d always recommend a real local deli if you’re craving a sub, but Subway is good in a pinch and this one is as good as any other I’ve visited.

I try to stay away from this specific Subway since every time i was there which was quite frequently since it is one of the very few places my brother will eat food from, i was stuck there for what seemed like forever! even when we would preorder and io purposlly waite longer then suggested to leave it still would not be ready. never have any issues at kingston location
