I looked at the menu and called in my order. When I got there to pick it up, I stood there for over 5 minutes until the same guy that walked by me twice and never said a word to me asked if I needed something. I told him I was there to pick up. He asked for my phone number and then asked me to pay. I got a lunch combination dinner, which, according to the menu, was $15.95. My bill was $20.15. After I received my receipt, I saw he changed me $16.95 and $2 to get chicken fried rice instead of pork. I questioned the $16.95 and even should him the menu on his counter, but all he said was that was the price in register, and the menu was old. I then asked him about the $2 upcharge, and the response was that chicken was more than pork. I told him no one mentioned that when I ordered, which customers have a right to know if you're going to charge extra and to change his menu to reflect the correct prices. His response was that it was only a dollar, so my response was that it was the last dollar I would give them. Very poor service and unprofessional, such a shame because the food was actually good. But they have no respect or integrity for customers, and that means more to me. They were all about the money.

The food was okay but the seafood was more rough than I like. Not to mention I've been in the bathroom since we got home. The one waitress barely wiped down the hibachi bar, you could still see the grease and rice residue after she 'cleaned' it. My husband needed new silverware, his was dirty, I had to go to the bar for more water for the kids because she only came around twice the entire 1.5hrs we were there, and we never got our appetizer. The chefs cart was filthy with the previous customer's food and only did the saki once for like 2 seconds. Our first and last time there.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. the food was alright although did not impress me. Food was also a little expensive. The experience was just what ruined everything for me. The waiter was rude and hurrying us to take our order. Not once did she come to check on my family or refill our drinks, I actually had to call her over because she never brought out my son’s order. It was our first time and last at this place. Just save your money or take your business elsewhere

The service is horrible, I was with my daughter and she is 10 years old and she told me mommy, let's go from here, this person has a very ugly attitude, they are very fast, they are not friendly, they throw away the menu, they speak ugly and if you are going to order, you have to be quick, they don't let you interact with your partner your girl to see what is best to eat I would never return ❌️ hayy

The food was good. I had the Samarai Special which is chicken, filet, and shrimp. The staff is nice but our chef was coughing over our food, without covering his mouth, while cooking which is why I only gave 3 stars on service. Maybe the steam was getting to him, I don’t know, but still gross. Don’t expect an extravagant show that you may find at commercial hibachi chain restaurants, but they still add some humor in to the mix. Overall I would still come back.

Unfortunately I spent $65 that went in the trash, bad sushi, very old, hibachi steak was completely full of garlic watery steak juice, no flavor, chewy meat, sushi was old, hard and the shrimp was chewy. I never leave bad reviews but here I had to and hope they can do better reading this.

Used to be one of the best sushi restaurants I'd been to (I've been to a bunch all over the world). Service was good but the quality and presentation of the rolls was sub standard - what happened ? New guys ? I noticed one in training... Anyway, I'll be trying something else next time
