Ordered: turkey meatloaf, cabbage, blueberry muffins, rice, and chicken wings.We ate before I could take pictures because the food looked so good, so the pictures are from after we ate.The food was just like Southern cooking!!! So delicious! The cabbage was just like my mom used to make and the turkey meatloaf was amazing! I love that they offered a choice of turkey meatloaf instead of beef.Service was awesome!! Smiles from the servers!The area where the food was being kept is crowded, as if they've outgrown it! Hopefully they find a bigger place soon!

Got the salmon platter, salmon seasoned perfectly, cabbage could've been seasoned a bit more and was a little hard, likes they weren't cooked long enough, mac and cheese nothing spectacular, corn muffins were soft and sweet

If you are looking for a solid soul food spot in delco , I would recommend , staff was polite , portions were great . However , I got the fried chicken platter with yellow rice , cabbage and Mac n cheese . Let’s start with the fried chicken I feel if you are a soul food place you haveto get this recipe down pat . Chicken was very juice but lack flavor on the inside . The chicken crust has flavor but gives the vibes of a Texas chicken , crown fried chicken at first bite . All in all it was solid if you’re hungry . Yellow rice was very flavorful . Cabbage needed more flavor due to lack of flavor with everything else . Now Mac n cheese , personally I’m not a fan of this type of Mac n cheese. Baked Mac n cheese haveto have a good flavorful crust and the middle has to have flavor if making a roue. All in all this was a solid soul food resturant.

They never answer the phone. Most times I try to call before I come by because I live so far away. The phone has rang on an average of 6 times and then it says the mailbox is full! I've called maybe two or three days in a row and no answer.
