We were here one year ago and when we walked in it was hot out and nowhere to sit. When we arrived today we were lucky to find a seat. Despite them advertising food they have none...unless you count the bon bon they gave us. We ordered the Cocoa Noah Stout. Against my better judgement we ordered the full size. I love stouts and porters and this one gets a . It was mostly head when it came out of the tap and so far there wasn't any flavor. We are VERY disappointed. We will not be back.

We enjoyed this little gem last night. The beer is exceptional. My favorite was the imperial ipa with the stout a close second. Street tacos were delicious, chocolate cupcake was INSANEly good. Great job overall. Two suggestions to make it even better: 1. Offer chips and salsa or something with the tacos. They were amazing, just a bit pricy for so little, we left a little hungry still.2. We enjoyed taking our time last night but the food service was pretty slow. Maybe an off night but that could throw some folks.All in all we would totally come back and look forward to it.

Lydian Stone Brewing Company is a small, family-owned venue that offers a large array of brewery selections. While I cannot speak on the beer items, which are brewed daily on site, I can tell you that the food was otherworldly in flavor, and the cocktails were unique and delicious. Very specific food items are offered each week, so keep an eye on their FB page for updates. No matter what you get, you'll be swept away by how the flavors meld together and provide a jaw-dropping experience for your taste buds. We savored the pulled pork, chef style; the seasoned chicken with cucumber mango salsa (both on Maria's superb homemade Hawaiian rolls; the seared tenderloin medallion with caramelized onions and pan sauce on horseradish cream sauce; and a scrumptious cream cheese Danish. Chef Nick has so much passion for his cooking and loves to share his love of food with the patrons. He lights up like a Christmas tree when discussing his recipes; co-owner and brew master Keith is a delight to talk to on any topic that strikes you; and Maria is the warmest, sweetest, loveliest co-owner and baker I've ever met. Shout out to Justin who concocted our drinks, Chris's pumpkin caramel apple and the Hidden Horchata. We were speechless for a hot minute when we took our first sips. Good lord, they were good and packed a punch as well. I hope you get the chance to stop by Lydian Stone, meet the fabulous staff, and enjoy food and drink that will remain a lovely memory for you.

My review is solely based on my interaction with Nick, as I have not had their food. Nick was recommended to me by someone in a bridal Facebook group because she stated he catered her wedding. I reached out to him and communication was difficult to say the least since I had to keep following up and he would take a long time to respond. Our final communication before I got irritated and decided to go with another caterer was when he told me that me and my fiance could come in for a tasting, and that he would have a sample menu sent to me by Wednesday. That was prior to labor day and I still haven't received anything, and I'm not working that hard to give someone my money. I believe he needs an assistant or someone to handle the more administrative/scheduling type of tasks for him because the communication is lacking.

Great place- had a tasty Kolsch and the wife had a Strawberry Wheat. They were very sweet and accommodating to our two pugs- they even brought out some yummy pork for them to snack on. Very lovely people all around!

This brewery is phenomenal. My partner and I wanted to try all of them (we have different tastes) and of the 12 on tap, there wasn't a beer we didn't BOTH like. Tacos... On point. Perfectly flavored. I don't think they're capable of making anything NOT delicious here. If you're looking to expand your pallet, highly recommend this place.They also have a great patio for pups!!!!! :)
