Staff was very rude and the food was cold. The lady taking my order had the worst attitude and all but threw my food in my car and I like to think I am very respectful. Wouldn't return here for free food, that was just uncalled for.

Arrive here tonight around 9:40, was told at the drive-thru speaker that they were only accepting cards not cash. I ordered three items and everything that I received was very old and cold definitely not worth the money. I was going to go back around the drive-through to let them know but all the lights were off at 9:53????

I got the crispy chicken meal and an extra sandwich for a friend. They didn't put the other sandwich in so we had to drive back around, but we very quickly got the sandwich. The fries were cold, but the sandwiches were good.

On November 4, 2023 at 9:50 pmI came to this Arby’s because I’m a Cryogenic Tanker Driver and I drove from Allentown, PA andI see this Arby’s 10 minutes to closing to get a Large Vanilla Milkshake and then I order curly fries and 5 chicken tenders and I pass my Visa card to the drive thru I went walking because I have a 54’ Tanker and they help me very kindly then I started driving again and then the same day or later I didn’t receive a text or email from this charge from my credit card company so I week later I stopped over again because I won’t drive to York every day and I did explain to a manager or assistant manager the I came to pay my food because I didn’t want for someone to get fired or get short on money on the cash register so they told me not to be worried and they thanked me to be honest and I do really appreciated the staff for being professionally, kindly and for everything and also for the food it was pretty good and I do Thank you much again from the bottom of my heart and Happy Holidays
Arby's in york s.c. you wait a while to get your sandwich and then the lettuce is about bid as a quarter. Suppose to have shredded lettuce. The meat was dry . I will never go back again. Service was terrible.
