Who discontinues lemonade? Like please, enlighten me, why in the ever lovin would you discontinue lemonade? What If I'm allergic to tea? Hm? But I want a refresher and now I can't get that because the lemonade is being discontinued. You've messed up before, but this is another level of a mistake. For shame.

When the worker behind the counter verifies your order to make sure you get what you want instead of making a mistake, that's customer service! (Hot or cold brew is an important difference when ordering!)Coffees were as ordered and breakfast sandwiches came out quick and were exactly what you expect when "Dunkin.'"Tasty avocado toast and a delicious egg and cheese croissant. We went inside because the drive-thru line was packed at 7:15 am. Much quicker service and two happy customers went on their way home with much needed tasty treats.

The staff here is always so lovely and sweet! Today was no exception, but the male manager was a total j**** I was talking with one of the employees at the drive thru window about something related to my order, and he interrupted us and told her to do something else! She tried to explain that I had asked a question but he dismissed her and didn't even acknowledge that I had been talking to her. I used to work at Dunkin so I understand drive thru times and all that, but he was straight up rude! And then the other employees did not know what was going on so they got frazzled and confused. That is poor management. Shame on you sir.

Donuts were borderline stale but edible I suppose. Don't expect fresh donuts at 7pm I guess. Staff was not exactly friendly, but not mean or rude. Don't expect a smile from a teenager, ever, I suppose. It was just an ok experience

Britt and Jess are the best! There are two other Dunkins within five minutes of our house, and we always choose to come to this location because of them! They are both so friendly and always keep the drive thru running smoothly. My kids (my daughter especially) love coming to Dunkin to see them and say hi everyday. They are just wonderful!

Horrible service. Unprofessional staff! Got my order wrong, gave me the wrong donuts. Won't be going back to this location. Hire workers with some actual work ethic.

Honestly, I love this place. The workers are always sooo polite and quick with my orders. If my order is ever messed up they always make sure they redo it with no up charge. Definitely recommend!!

Note to self, don't order chai tea latte unless you meant to order milk. My daughter did like her caramel craze iced latte.
While in your store. I was called a weirdo for asking that the employee taking orders maintain social distancing which is a health department state directive. No gloves on any employee. How sickening. When I asked the manager about it he ignored me allowed the employee to continue what she was doing and let her touch her two face piercings while handling food. I have contacted the state health department. I'm not going to support a company who can not be concerned with my health. I threw the donuts away. If they can't serve food safely they can't make it safely. This is my last visit.
