While the food is good, I was completely blindsided and turned off of this place. When we went to pay, we had the option to pay with card or cash. At first I said card. I didn't realize you had to pay entirely on your phone as last time I was there that still had the machines so I asked if I could just switch to cash. I should have got back 7.29 but I was only given back 7 bucks so I was waiting patiently for my change at first and the person told me they only give out bills and not change when I asked. That right there annoyed the hell out of me. There was no sign stating this and I wasn't informed that would happen. I eventually got my change back after I wanted to see a manager but the person refused to look at me as they handed me the change and walked off without saying a word. Normally I try not to take my anger out on the server and like to leave a nice tip but not tonight.

Waited a few minutes to be seated and when we were seated…15 minutes!!!! Never acknowledged by one server!! We walked out and went to MOD Pizza which for the first time was very good!! Never ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings and was very excited to try it today…will probably never eat at one after today’s experience!!!

Service and food prep time management have taken a dive at this location, food still ok! This concept "Hot and Ready" screams you can't manage your kitchen. And it wasn't hot nor ready. The QR codes don't work, check at table would have shorted waitress, so like a good citizen I sit and wait, and wait...An anticipated dinner leaves me wondering why I spent my time and money here!

This place is Mid at best, constantly getting my orders wrong. The one night I went and stood at the check in counter for 10 minutes and 3 people ignored me. I’m done with this place and I really used to love

We never even got a chance to eat. There was no one at the host station when we walked in, we stood there for a good 5-10 minutes before anyone even came out to seat us. Once the guy finally did show up, he stood there another 5 minutes playing around with the little tablet at the hostess station without so much as even saying hello to us, I know what you're thinking, he was probably trying to find a table in a packed place, nope! It was dead in there, maybe 3-4 other tables were sat and it was dinnertime on the weekend. We then sat at the table for another 5-10 minutes and didn't see a single server anywhere! About that time we said the hell with this and got up and left. If you want bangin' wings, go to Colony Park North bowling alley. Their wings are huge and delicious! We headed to Plaza Azteca and had a phenomenal meal with top notch service. I do NOT recommend you eat at the West York Buffalo Wild Wings.

We were in there last night I used my app to bogo free.Our bill was very high We got 15 wings bogo,large fry and 2 sodas..I had $14 of gift cards and we still had to.pay $24..without the tip..I tried to tell the w aitress something was wrong with the bill she said she took $10 off..so our whole bill is $48...I don"t think we got our bogo free..She gave us a little less than half back..I love their wings but ...not sure if we will be back ..
