I've been to this location many times since moving to the area last fall and we always get great service, no matter who our server is. The food is good and it comes out hot.I don't remember the name of our server last night, but she was super awesome. My family was in from out of town and we were THAT table that asks for separate checks, changes their order, and asks to add additional food after our order comes out. She was super patient and our order was accurate and super tasty.This is definitely our go-to spot where everyone can find something they want on the menu and we know the service with be top tier!

Went there for the first time there was not a lot of people but it took about 15 mins and no server came to us.. we did see the severs talking with customers, but she was more than chit chatting while we was waiting..so we decided to get up and leave.. would i go back again,,,dont think so.

I went to this place yesterday for the first time with my friend, but we had to leave without eating because they didn't want to serve us. The waitress was too busy talking to the customer, and I was waiting and waiting for 15 minutes or more, and nobody came to us to see if we were served I will never go to this place ever again

Monday 3/4 ordered take out. I got the Santa Fe salad with crispy chicken. Picked up the food and when I got home it looked disgusting. 4 large pieces of lettuce stem; not leafy at all, which took up most of the container. Rest of the lettuce was dirty and slimy. Two tiny pieces of crispy chicken. Save your money and go somewhere else.As a side note- I see the manager replies to all these reviews with some link. Instead of spending time on the internet. Spend some in your restaurant.
I want to make sure to credit our server, Greg, who did what he could to ensure a positive experience.That aside, our meal at Chili's disappointed. Our table was dirty and the bench seats had sticky spots.We had to ask for flatware and had to make a separate request for napkins.The cedar salads with extra dressing were served with no dressing on the salad and a small container on the side.Lastly, our bill was incorrect.For the gluten free: they do not offer a gluten free bun; limited g-free options
