Terrible service went to be seated they wanted us to sit at a table that had water spilled all over the floor my husband and mother are handicapped and walk with a cane we asked if we could sit at the one of the three tables that are directly behind the table they said no and made us wait 10 min for anther table went to ask the manager why we couldn't sit there his reposed was very rude they didn't have a server for that table it was directly behind the original table he wasn't interested in correcting the problem very rude will not be coming back anytime soon we ended up walking out

EJ was a great server! We never had to ask for refills, we got exactly what we ordered and we didn’t have to wait for extra napkins when we asked. This kind of service goes a long way for a big family. If you like Chilis and live on the West side of town, just make the drive across town to this location. It is 100 times better than the west York location!

East York Chili’s is good. One thing I like is that it does not really matter which side of town you are on, either restaurant is doing a good job with their food and overall atmosphere. For this particular visit, I was in East York. My friend and I chose bar seating. It was during diner rush and didn’t need a table so the hostess instructed us to go ahead a seat ourselves. The bar server never greeted us though. I’m not sure if maybe she was new or if she was just confused, because I still don’t get it, but we waited for a while before we called out just to get a drink ordered. And then for some reason the bar tender didn’t take both of our orders at the same time. Again very confusing. After about 35 minutes, another bar tender came on shift I guess and she gave us menus and helped us for the rest of the evening. The way we were being avoided was almost like the bar seats were segregated in the same way they section out tables to different servers. But that also doesn’t make sense, so be weary of the service at the bar at this particular chili’s.Other than that, food was great. Probably because I get the same things every time. The Triple Dipper or ribs with chips and salsa. In my opinion, this isn’t one of those restaurants where everything on the menu is good, but I also prefer authentic Mexican food so I could just be biased. Either way, even though I won’t even everything off of their menu, I definitely have my “go-to’s” here and they are amazing every single time.

We used to love Chilis,but this visit not so good.Table was dirty with food crumbs when we were seated.So where many other tables I noticed.We were the first ones in for lunch,empty restaurant no excuse for dirty tables.Took forever to get our drinks.When food came out Mac and cheese was refrigerator cold.Won't go back to this location,but maybe will try another location.

We went for an early birthday dinner, 3pm or so. The bar was pretty crowded but still plenty of seating available throughout. Seated immediately, very attentive wait staff. Food was excellent! Best of all is their pricing is still reasonable..Highly recommend and we'll be back.Vegetarian options: Some veg options for sure but not too many.Parking: Ample free parking all around the building .Kid-friendliness: Families with kids while we were there. Definitely a family friendly menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Easiest possible access, no steps, ground floor.

Doordasher get to the store at 1040 . Store hours are open until 11. Was told at Togo to go Thru front door. This door was locked and the manager Seth. Was not very understanding and couldn't give me a reason for doors being locked.
The 3 for me, I highly recommend this great deal. We left on a full stomach.Our server was great.The only complaint would be the amount of time it took to be served.

The lighting is a little dim for my preference. The waitress we had was amazing and food was great.
