I usually like going to this chipotle location, but tonight I received poor quality food and customer service. I don’t think i’ll be coming back.

Stopped in for a bowl today. Disappointed with portion size. Asked for more meat the kid behind the counter rudely said I have to charge you double meat. How the hell you charging me double meat when you only gave me half a portion to begin with?! The place is also in need of a DEEP CLEAN. It was chaotic in there, staff yelling from the all areas of the store. I attempted to scan my chipotle rewards and the computer didn't take it, but the cashier told me it did. Lied right to my face. I will never be back. So sad they used to be amazing in there.

Decently clean for a "fast food" place. There was a line when we arrived but did not have to wait longer than expected. Seemed maybe they were training new people but kept things moving.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and some parking is wheelchair accessible. Parking is shared with the dispensary so it can get crowded.

I order from the app all the time and it’s usually fine. This time was not great. Bowls are usually stuffed and I had about 1/4 of my bowl empty when I got home. I also had 5 pieces of steak. Super disappointing.

I’ve came in multiple times to coworkers yelling at eachother and not getting along, there’s times where I’ve come in and my Mobile order was never made, and there’s nothing wrong with having fun but when my food isn’t done til 10 minutes after, it’s a lil crazy

What a disaster of a place. Horrible quality of food. Employees throwing things in the back. Untrained staff. Crazy that a refund can’t even be given for inedible food.
Tonight I stopped in for a bowl with chicken, and asked for no rice but plenty of veggies. The portion was pretty disappointing. I received a meager portion of fajita veggies and lettuce—maybe four pieces in total. The cheese was also sparse, hardly noticeable in the mix.Additionally, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic, with workers seeming unsure of themselves. While it's understandable that they may be young and still learning, it did impact the overall experience.Hopefully, Chipotle can improve consistency in portion sizes and provide better training for their staff to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for customers.

Crispy taco was soggy and filled almost entirely with peppers and guacamole and lacked flavor. The burrito bowl entirely sucked with the exception that the black beans were at least tasty. I could make these items myself 20x better.

This location DOES NOT accept phone calls. I wanted to call to ask 1 simple question that the AI “genius” over the phone won’t help me with. No matter what I say, the call will not be transferred to the restaurant. Not being able to speak with HUMAN at a restaurant is very disturbing.

I don’t usually post negative reviews but the place was filthy, no clean tables, the drink area was a mess, they were out of multiple drinks, they were out of sour cream, guac, chips, lettuce and almost out of cheese. Literally the only things they had were meat and rice. What a waste of money and time. I stood in line for 20 minutes and it seemed as employees were untrained on their stations and extremely inefficient at running Chipotle. This wasn’t as bad before but there must be new management…
