Talk about the food poisoning, I had got chipotle 2/29/2024 I think it was the general manager or the owner that made my bowl. For one, the rice wasn’t cooked all the way. I don’t get lettuce ever since they found E.Coli in the lettuce. I got home my son started eating it and he don’t know no difference considering he’s 1 years old, yes he can feed himself. I took a few bites and realized how hard the rice was I don’t know what was the cause of the food poisoning but that’s all I ate that day.My son and I are the only ones that are sick. No one else had chipotle , But y’all have to do a better job at cleaning up your area where you cook. Washing your hands constantly. Especially if you in the back mixing chicken or the steak, & coming to the front, making orders , change your gloves watch what you touch. & the cooks make sure ya food is done all the way. I’ve never had a problem with chipotle but after this I don’t know if I’d go back cuz this food poisoning is not what I need at this moment, & i love chipotle but I haven’t been able to eat since, everything I’ve eatin after that I just throw up.

We went last night at 7 and they had no cheese, no guacamole, no veggies, only meat and beans. No signage just attitudes. Won't be back. This one never has enough food and their attitudes are terrible.

I was excited to go to Chipotle. Left on my lunchreak, easy to find. I ordered a Beef Bowl. A woman started serving me and the man behind the counter took it from her and started rushing me through. There was no one behind me. When I made it to the end I was shocked at my 20+ price tag. Going through the line no one told me any different. I didn't realize guac & queso were 9.00 more. I would never had paid 20.00 for what I received. Really disappointed.

Well let's start on the inside trash all over the floor when you walk in the beverage bar was trashed paper all over napkins all over trash cans we're over flowing . And now for the outside the outside was trashed as well none of the tables were cleaned all the trash cans were overflowing. I don't know if it was that way on a daily but it was that way the day I was there.

Your 11 dollar burrito is going to cost you 20 dollars just so you know. Ordering from Chipotle reminds me of classic magic tricks. You start with an 11 dollar meal and you get to the end and abra cadabra it's just what you expected but wait... it's ten dollars more! Except no one claps for this trick. Good food but very slimy in a corporate manner. Cheese and gauc shouldn't cost me 10 dollars for a 1 dollar portion.Dietary restrictions: Maybe it'll be cheaper for you to eat here than most. Everything seems to cost extra.
They gave me a pitiful amount of rice and doused it in the salsa and the chips were stale and softish. I cannot believe I paid $23 for a mini bowl and stale

I ordered online and picked up my burrito bowl on time. Drove it 5 minutes back to work and it was cold within 10 minutes of picking it up. Most of the chicken was burned to a crisp and didn’t taste good. I bit into what I thought was a piece of chicken and it was hard and sharp. I pulled it out of my mouth and it looked like either a chicken bone or a piece of plastic. Normally I don’t leave any reviews if I don’t like places, but this was bad enough that I feel like people should be warned. I ended up just throwing it away because I didn’t want to risk getting sick. The whole meal just tasted bad in general. Will cross this one off the list.

I placed an online pickup order. When I got there, there were no orders on the pick-up shelf, so I stood around and waited. After some minutes, I saw some bags lined up on a prep counter, so I went over to see if my order was there. It was, and the worker let me take mine. Seems it was a busy time and he had a lot of orders to prep at the same time, so just hadn't managed to move any yet. Satisfied overall. But, I ordered a salad without grains, and it would have been nice to have extra lettuce to make up for the missing volume of food since I paid the same price - so feels like they cheaped out on that.

When we first walked in we were hit with the magnificent aroma of fresh whole ingredients, we could only imagine what was about to happen. This absolute GENTLEMEN with the swiftest of service BLESSED US with true portions of chicken. I have not been this honored by a chipotle establishment since 2017. This employee truly altered my perspective on chiptole's passion for their guests. 10/10 experience thank you for starting my 2024 off right.
