Tonight I ordered the cinnamon squares. I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 of them, 4 cookies in total. You could not taste any cinnamon. They tasted undercooked and there was way too much icing. I have had cookies from Crumbl before and they were very good. The cinnamon squares were a waste of money. So disappointing!

Everytime we have came here they are sold out of any actual good flavor you have a flavor or two to choose from, if your gonna charge 5.00 for one cookie how about actually having flavors to choose from.

If I can give ZERO I would. We ordered online and PAID to be reserved. Get there early at their time. Again PAID ONLINE. To be told the people in the store come first and they sold out of everything we ordered.... AFTER WE PAID ONLINE. The little girl at the registered told us "she was out of everything" and walked away to help another customer who she gave options to of a refund or substitutes. Mind you I had told her I ordered online while she blankly looked at me for me to say again that means I already paid. I had to ask what the resolution would be again as she walked away to help another customer instead. Now to wait 5 to 7 business days for money to go back on my card! ???? Thank you though. You just saved me over $50 I didn't really want my husband to spend on these cookies anyway. I guess not yet since I have to wait for my money back on my card. Not that I got an I'm sorry one time from anyone in the store although I am not surprised.
