We live in Elizabethtown, and always make it a point to come here when we are in York County as this is the closest Grill & Chill to us. It has it's busy moments, but for good reason. The food, ice cream and service is always on point when we come here.
Always a bit of a wait in drive thru but I don’t mind waiting especially because I’ve never had to go back around to get the correct order after receiving the initial one. Once you order it’s a fairly quick process and then you’re off to the next destination. I’ve always noted the kind greetings, and especially the patience that most employees I’ve personally encountered have had.
