Order delivery and the first driver showed up with the wrong pizza. When I went out to say something about it, he saw me and sped off. I called the restaurant and complained, and they didn’t sound too concerned, and simply said that they would remake the order. Fine. Second driver shows up and two of the items that we ordered along with the pizza were not there. I asked the second driver about the other two items, and he looked at me sheepishly and said that when he asked his boss about it, his boss said. “ Don’t worry about it.” This is unacceptable.

This particular location has gone down hill since taken over by a New owner.The staff is lethargic and don't pay attention to the customers waiting on orders that are actually ready, instead they ignore you and continue making this terrible pizza with minimal cheese and toppings,, a very thin layer of everything and then they have the nerve to have the oven on too high so the skimpy amount of toppings they put on will come out hard and crusty, especially if you get the thin crust.I saw my order come out the oven and then sit for 5 minutes instead of it being boxed and handed to me and they knew I was waiting on it.... But I took a good look at the overcooked garbage and just walked out... Why would I wait any longer and then pay for that garbage

Dominoes on Richland Ave in York is the worst dominoes in York county! Past 3 times my kids food hasn't came. Tonight I waited a hr called in n was told my order was out for delivery soni waited another hour and when I called to check again was told it's not coming because it is was now dark outside. Mind you it wasn't dark two hours before when it was ordered abd was supposed to show up in a half hour!! The manager was completely rude and belittling!

After a GrubHub order from another pizza shop never showed up this crew saved us with enough pizza for a full team of 16 in record time. Must be some hard workers at this location. Thank you!

Normally we have no issues with delivery from this location. As I was getting text updates I was surprised with the speed of the delivery, upon getting my order I now know why it was such a speedy process. My pizza was completely smashed to the point where the box is soggy from the toppings stuck to the top of the box. The delivery driver was clearly careless.

Husband was putting the baby to bed and locked me outback by accident. I didn’t realize the pizza delivery guy pulled up until after my husband texted me.. which I missed the text. However the delivery driver REVVED HIS TRUCK AND ZOOMED OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY ALMOST HITTING MY CAR AND WAKING UP AND DISTURBING MY BABY. Unacceptable. I would understand if he was upset we didn’t tip on the credit card receipt but we pre tipped on the phone when we ordered. So I’m not sure why he was so violent pulling out of my driveway.

I don't normally rate chains like this when the service is acceptable, but I have to rate this place. In our 5+ years of consistently ordering from this location, the preparation of our food has ALWAYS been accurate and unbelievably quick. What are the chances of that with any chain fast food restaurant? I've ordered from the Domino's up in northwest York a few times and every time it was the slowest service, and something was slightly wrong with the order. So the fact that this location always knocks it out of the park stands out to me.This Leader Heights location is run SO well, and I think consistent positive experiences need to be shared. Thanks Domino's, for making pizza movie nights delicious and affordable for our family of six. :)
