This dunkin absolute joke on 1/25 at 830 pm i visited richland Ave to find there doors locked at 8:30pm they close at 9:00pm i called inside the store noone could give me a answer why the doors were locked i called inside the location noone could explain why they were locked because they specifically advertise that close at 9pm the lady who answered the phone was very rude and at this point i was livid ibasked to open the doors she did I went in to find out she had thrown away all the donuts and i was blown away on 1/26 at 6am i called and again with no satisfaction not even a apology or explanation..who is running this place i asked to speak to a manager on 1/25 said there was not one there ...obviously they need some kind of baby sitting !!!!! Do not visit this very inconsistent..unprofessional location they should just lock the doors forever because i don't think they have been trained properly don't go they before closing because all the donuts will be in the trash so you can't ever purchase any maybe they just need different employees who are trained properly this is a outrage very disrespectful how i was treated!!!!

I was just a Dunkin on Richland ave, the service was excellent! The lady in the drive thru was over and beyond nice, a sweetheart! I was in and out in 3 minutes. Me ordering took longest. This the only Dunkin I’ll go to.

I've been coming here for a short while now that I've moved in the area. The staff are always so inviting and helpful. I now will go out of my way to reach this Dunkin' before running any errands on the other side of town.

Stopped by Sunday afternoon and waited 10 minutes while 2 girls tried to figure out how to make a ice tea. Gave the business another try today ( Wednesday 11-15-2023 ) by ordering ahead of time and when I got there to pickup my ice coffee it was only 3/4 full . When I asked to have it full the tall African American girl stated take it or leave it and no refunds. I am finished and will not stop here again.

My cashier was outstanding! She was extremely friendly and forthcoming by letting me know that getting extra oat milk (7) in my extra large hot original coffee would cost me $5. No other Dunkin that I have ever been to in the last two years has ever charged me anymore than a dollar for extra oatmeal. I feel this is the little bit of a fleece job by management to get some extra money out of those who might have some dietary needs.

Purchased a breakfast sandwich and latte. The sandwich was half burnt and half untoasted. Not only that there was no bacon on my sandwich like the description said there would be. The latte okay but not like it usually tastes with a bunch of ice. Very disappointed
