This dunkin is normally good but today they gave me a donut that had to be at least two days old. It was as hard as a rock and was clearly not fresh. Really surprised me and kinda makes me not wanna go to that one

I came thru drive-thru on 5/12/2022 and that was the last time I came to THIS location for food.Both times I've missed the tomatoes on my Avocado & Roasted Tomato Toast. When I realized it, I turned around but then the line was soo backed-up I decided to just keep the receipt and write the review later. (TODAY). I haven't been back to this Dunkin. I didn't want any bad business or my order messed up again so I just go to another one instead. BUT before the changes with this location whatever the changes were...it was a pleasant place.Staff was nice and convenient to iHOP during the morning rushes or if my kids wanted donuts before school. But I shouldn't have to wait for 10 minutes for donuts when I asked for a variety of flavors to fill the box with NO line at the drive-thru. (It didn't matter what kind of donuts that were readily available...I was rushing.)BUT the facility was ALWAYS clean! Including the bathrooms and tables, floors, and counters.
I come to this one because it is a lot cleaner and organized than the one closer to me on Pauline Dr. Staff is usually pretty friendly and I can get in and out fairly quickly and long as it's not rush hour.

Nurses day free coffee: when I got my receipt there was no discount for the free medium size coffee even though I told him when I ordered that I was a nurse. He told me the transaction was already done. I could get a different coffee otherwise no discount. I didn’t need another coffee as I had already purchased enough for everyone in my family. Again was told it was too late as the transaction was already done. I visit this store every morning Monday through Friday and some weekends as well and have been doing this since this site opened. I will not return to this site.

I ordered 1 donut and 1 small iced coffee , a girl handed me the donut and left. I waited for another 10 minutes until I knocked on the window. They forgot to bring my coffee , I sit there longer and knocked again. She finally handed me my coffee and gave me a mean look. I will never go there again and the people in line probably won't either.

The staff is terrible. Rude every single time I go there. They have MAYBE one or two employees who aren't rude and actually greet you. I hate spending my money and will just spend a few extra bucks to be greeted and treated politely over at starbucks.
