When this location first opened, the food was good but the service was horrible (very long wait times). Understandable.Now, the food is good and the service is still horrible (very long wait times). The only time the wait was short my food seemed undercooked. I've given this location many chances out of convenience, but I'd get better service and the same quality food at one of the other York locations.
I absolutely love going at night/2nd shift. A young man named ‘Brandon’ is extremely friendly and knows my drink by heart and he taught everyone else how I like it. (Med. caramel craze iced latte/extra ice) soooo good!! Thanks to you all at this location.
