I ordered avocado toast NO BACON when I checked my order I immediately handed it back and informed I ordered no bacon (I don’t eat meat)the girl at the window took the box and came back shortly said my apologies. So I get back to work and realize it’s the same box same receipt on it so I take it I won’t be refunded the extra charge for bacon. Not only that there is small bacon pieces on my toast you can literally see the dents where the bacon was smh -__- that’s cross contamination you can’t just pick pieces off and hand it to someone you can cause serious damage to someone NOT HAPPY.Vegetarian options: Avocado toast, hashbrowns

I would like to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience my party encountered today at 11 am with your staff. Despite there being no other customers in line, the demeanor of the employees assisting us was notably unprofessional and unwelcoming. Specifically, when we requested to add an item to our order at the window, the response we received was affirmative, yet followed by a discernible display of attitude and rudeness towards us and their fellow colleague. Such behavior in a customer service setting is concerning and suggests a lack of suitability for this role. I believe it's important to address these incidents to ensure a consistently positive experience for all patrons.

Best part of my day (but only in the evening) at this location!!SAM AND BAILEY ARE THE BEST!! Consistent quality with my DAILY cold brew run, they are the only employees who get it right every single visit!!Hope they are appreciated they both deserve it!! Fast, friendly& efficient!????????????????

First time getting a breakfast sandwich here, wasnt impressed, not much taste & croissant was burnt from being toasted too long, way expensive compared to other places that have breakfast
Very polite, I was holding up the line cause I couldn't remove one of the credit cards on the app to add mine on there, and the employees were so courteous!!!Parking: All around the building, about 20-30 parking spots, about 15-20 were available at 1015am on Saturday
You should be able to put your own creamer into your coffee. Nasties mess I’ve had in a long time. This is why I make my own ??

I went to go get my son some donuts and was very nice to the drive thru girl. She was extremely rude completely not helpful. I actually can’t believe how rude she was and she was talking about me to everyone thru the headset but didn’t realize she pressed the wrong button and I could hear her. Everytime I’ve come here they have been extremely rude and nasty and the food here sucks. Definitely not coming here again.

Who discontinues lemonade? Like please, enlighten me, why in the ever lovin would you discontinue lemonade? What If I'm allergic to tea? Hm? But I want a refresher and now I can't get that because the lemonade is being discontinued. You've messed up before, but this is another level of a mistake. For shame.
