I wanted to like this place so badly. The duck confit grilled cheese sounded excellent. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I was expecting the blue cheese to be a salty accent like capers, but there was far too much blue cheese it tasted like someone dumped salt all throughout the sandwich. I got no taste other than salty blue cheese and sourdough.

Great prices for food served in an atmosphere where you’d expect it to be more costly! Broad choice of menu options as well.

Now serving lunch, in fact we were one of the first lunch patrons. The food was very good and flavorful. Tom was very personable and made the experience memorable. Tots that were cooked to crispy.

Absolutely fantastic. We just had dinner here tonight. Frankie (our server) made great suggestions with her favorite apps and entrees. We had the crab totts as an app. Easily enough for a meal but don't short yourself. My wife had the pork and I had the steak. Both were cooked to spec and very good. The side of brussel sprouts with my steak was no doubt the best I ever had. 5 start and we definitely will be back.

Food was pretty bland not too much flavor! Server Liv W was horrible told us that we could not be separate checks on a party of 10!! Food runner was awesome (tipped extra!!) I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years there should be no problems splitting a check between 10 people, especially with the POS system toast! Spoke with the owner/manager she basically apologized and that was it!!!!! not the best customer service, and will not be back!!!!!

What can I say other than I love this place! Such a nice addition to York’s downtown atmosphere. Very comfy cozy inside, lots of seating available inside and there is also “private” outside seating just meaning it is sectioned off with some nice foliage to block out the noisy street and provides a more private, intimate setting without feeling you’re eating in the street. The drinks are great. The bar tenders are great. So far everything off of their menu that I’ve tried has also been great, but my most favorite thing to get is the brick oven pizza. I haven’t found a decent alternative in York, PA for brick oven pizza the way I like it. Other places serve it, but they are usually too soggy or have poor crust. If you happen to know of any other great and local brick oven places, please let me know! I like the open kitchen. Makes the place feel bigger and more “homey” to see your chefs back there creating your dishes! On this particular day we shared their charcuterie board, hot honey heart pepperoni pizza, home made tomato soup, which is fire roasted right there in the brick oven, and the duck confiet grilled cheese. The grilled cheese honestly had a like too much blue cheese and not enough duck but I still give everything a 10/10 because flavor was on point.Parking: Depending on the time of day, you may have to pay for street parking or you may even have to park in one of the garages of you don’t want to keep driving around in circles until something opens up.
