Got a New York Steamer when we got home there was no pastrami on the sub at all and was lacking in content. The east york Firehouse at Giant does a better job making their subs stuffed and they alway have included all of the ingredients.

I have been to this restaurant several times and never been disappointed. Today, we had to request a refund because we got meatball subs, the meatballs were cold. We had them replaced and the meatballs weren't heated at all. I called customer service and was informed that the meatballs are to be temperature tested by the employees after heating and reheated if not the correct temperature. The employee(s) that heated the sub clearly did not do this either time. Additionally, the employee that remade them and then gave the refund seemed to be irritated by everything, so I question if she did her job. They apologized the first time, but gave no apologies when refunding. I am highly disappointed and very hangry.

One of our favorite sub shops until today July 1st. Took our subs home to eat only to discover that what we ordered to be on our subs was either not on the subs or in the case of banana peppers...only one on the entire sub. They normally supply an ample amount of meat, very little meat on the Cheddar Brisket sub and very little mayo and barbecue sauce which left the sub dry. I hope this was an exception today and not the new norm for your business.
