Placed an order and waited over 30 minutes. Once I hit 30 minutes, I asked to cancel my order and for my money back: I was told to call back later that afternoon to cancel my order since they couldn’t do it then.I will not be returning here

My husband and I both ordered 2 hot subs and 2 cups of mac and cheese for dine in. It took 20+ minutes to get our food when we were the only customers. When the food was ready, it was cold! Never again. Quality has gone down hill

Been here before and their subs are good. They're always slow but today takes the cake. No one here and 4 employees. After a 20 minute wait I'm informed they lost my sub. Now at 27 minutes they finally call my name. Too bad it wasn't the sub I ordered. I ate and left, wasn't wasting anymore of my time and doubt I'll be back.

I used to love coming to location, but after this experience never again. 4 staff members, but only 1 actually working. The one working was a dark skinned young man, he was really nice. But the rest of them were so rude and having loud personal conversations. Came in, no one greeted me. Stood at register before anyone came up to ask me what I wanted. A light skinned young man (he seemed like he was in charge or the group so maybe the manager on duty?) asked in a flat tone, “what can I get you.” I ordered my food and waited. A bunch of us were waiting over 30 minutes for our orders as the 1 young man made our sandwiches and the others just stood around talking. I was observing all of them getting upset about the wait, some saying they were waiting there whole lunch break waiting for their food. I checked in after 25 mins to inquire about my order, thinking maybe I missed my name being called. The young man who took my order just looked at me like I had 5 heads and said in an unpleasant tone, “Yea. We’re making it.” Waited another 5 minutes and finally got my order. The dark skinned young man apologized for the wait, and I said no problem. He truly was the only one working and being kind. Got home and ate my sub and the green peppers and onions must have been old because they were so sour. Never had a bad sub here before today so I was so disappointed. Not feeling the greatest after eating that sub and have an awful sour taste in my mouth. I hope I wasn’t given old peppers and onions for politely asking about my order. It was just a yucky experience altogether. Super bummed, this was a go to spot for me, my husband, and coworkers. I hope someone can provide the team some training to improve the experience for future customers.

The food was good but the wait time was unreal. I've been to sit down restaurants that were packed full and received my food faster. The employees did not acknowledge customers. Another customer stood at the register for like 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone about their food that was wrong to begin with. She just walked out because of the service. Hand down the worst place to eat as far as service

Ordered soup (chicken dumpling) and a custom sub (grilled chicken, provolone, and mayo). Simple, right??The soup was cold, not Luke warm, not room temperature, but straight out of the refrigerator cold. They didn't even bother to heat it up. The sub had onions, lettuce, & tomatoes... I specifically asked for ONLY chicken provolone, and mayo.My 7 year old niece could have done a better job. She can operate a microwave and knows soup should be HOT. And she would not bother putting extra stuff on something when it's not needed because she can READ.First time & last time customer. ?Your store needs to reevaluate your employees. Either they don't care and should be fired or they need some serious training.
