The manager of this place was very unprofessional. She was very rude with me and her employee. And had the nerve to tell me "you can go eat somewhere else". She's not cut out to work with the public. If I could give NO stars I would.

While taking a walk at York Galleria Mall I stopped to see what food was at the court. Not much good options. I stopped by Frey and saw those pizza pies looking fresh out of the oven. I ordered a plain cheese slice. As I held it in my hand I could tell right away that it was perfectly cooked; it held up well. Not to thick of a crust, somewhat thin like NY style. ( my fav!) my first bite had the crispness of crust joined by the marriage of cheese and sauce! So exciting!!!!! lol The sauce was not super sweet but you get the slight herbaceous flavor with the bit of acidic taste and the mozzarella sweetness. I personally love my pizza on the salty side so added it but it really didn't need it. Service was quick and from where I could see it looked neat and clean. I'll definitely come back to try more pizza and other stuff next time I come to the mall.

The place was clean. The lady was very nice and customer service was very good. This place was a life saver. She was so polite and the food was amazing. My family enjoyed it. Sometimes we forget people who work in the service industry are human too. We will be coming back for sure. I forgot the lady’s name but she was very sweet, and so helpful. We don’t eat pork and there was options for us to eat. Try them out and have an open mind. If your not going to eat it right away heat it at home and the flavor and taste is there and fresh. Naturally pizza that gets reheated a lot or any food gets hard. It was fresh when we got home.

Cashier scolded my autistic brother for taking a picture of the menu!! Very rude! Will never be returning there again! When we tried to say something the cashier tried to fight us. Absolutely insane! Horrible people and all we wanted was a pizza.

Went up at 11am to order as they were bringing all their food out. Was informed they were opening late and not opening for another 30 minutes.... yet most of their food was out.. I guess they like to serve old food?With all the food places coming and going quickly here at the mall you figure they would want as many customers as possible.Was planning on spending $40+
