We live in Lancaster and every time we come to York to visit our daughter we make it a point to stop at this Hardee’s. We have never been disappointed, service is always great, food is amazing and the store always looks beautiful- even the bathrooms. I have worked in food service for a lot of years (decades) so I’m always unconsciously looking and this store is more than a 5 star! Keep up with whatever you are doing because it works

No problem with the food. The only reason this location gets 4 starts instead of 5 is the don't carry the beefsteak biscuit. Was looking forward to steak, egg, and cheese biscuit since that is my favorite breakfast item from Hardee's being from a southern family. Fortunately I was in the area anyway or it would have been a wasted trip.

I found hair on my chicken tender 3 piece of hair glue to my food I feel disgusted they are not using properly hair net .... No care for the customer I wish I could get my refund. I order the chicken tinder platter ..

I don't have a Hardee's restaurant anywhere near me. Stop by this one when I saw the sign and my stomach rumbled. Nice clean restaurant. The staff was super nice. The food was hot and was a nice treat I don't get very often. 7 out of 10 stars.

Quick service, friendly staff, tasty food... in a slightly inconvenient location if you're going back the way you came. Breakfast times, when traffic is light, is your best bet. If it's on your way, though, it's a quick and satisfying option.

We enjoyed everything about our dinner. The server was friendly. The store was super clean. The bathrooms were well taken care of and did not smell. The food was hot. The fries were crispy. The food was good. If I have a choice of fast food burgers I will eat here again. Oh, and the price was just the same as other fast food places. So a better burger for the same price.

My food was cold. I asked for pickles on my sandwich and had to return to the front counter for my pickles. When a customer asks for something specific it should be made the way the customer asks. The inside of the restaurant reminds me of prison. I will not eat here again.
