I've been to Central Market twice and it's the cutest, best place in all of York! Small and gorgeous on the outside, the inside has dozens of vendors from local wood carvers and grab and go BBQ to homemade and package jam and amazing crepes! A friend and I decided to make a quick day trip to Dutch PA Country this past weekend, and the Central Market House in York was one of our stops. The market has been held in this same building for more than 125 years, and the building is pretty amazing! The vendors inside the market were more prepared foods, hot foods, and pantry goods than farmers, so it's definitely a great place to grab a meal. Nice sized market with a ton of food stalls and a variety of other stalls. They had stalls with different olive oils, jerky, fresh vegetables, baked goods, pet treats, etc. It's a little tight on space so if you're worried about social distancing you might want to avoid it, but I didn't see anyone walking around without a mask on and hand sanitizer is provided.
