The employees promptly refused. Before coming back to email with additional details. Check with your incompetent manger and her failure to lead.

This is the second time ordering in the east york location. Both times the service was horrible at the pickup of a catering order. Rude and unprofessional on both visits Plus the labeling of subs was abysmal. How can one small 1/2 sub have 2 different types of sub names on label.

I put in an order this morning and was on a very tight timeline. I didn’t realize when I did my mobile order that it was going to be 45 mins until the earliest pickup. I had called the location to cancel my order at first because it was on me that I waited so long to order. But I figured I would ask is they were super busy at that moment to see if I could maybe pick it up sooner. Cali was awesome! She said she would make my order right there and then since it was before the lunch rush. Thank you Cali for making my day less stressful :)

Ordered online and it gave me a 40min wait time. Well ok, not sure why it takes 40 mins to make 3 subs but I waited. Showed up at the time the email said and it wasn't done so I asked, hadn't even started it yet. Watched them clear the entire dining room while I waited. An hour later I finally got my food.Expect to wait a long time. Don't order online, it's faster to go in and wait in line.

Service is very slow. Just go somewhere else. Or order your food ahead of time and pick it up. I would say the sub was good but they put oil& vinegar on it after I asked them not too. They asked if I wanted it remade but after waiting 20mins, I was just ready to leave. Bad first & last impression.
