Had a phone interview with Sarah yesterday at 915am. She never called. I texted her and she said she was busy. Rescheduled for today at 9. Once again she never called. Very unprofessional. Once again she said she was busy, restaurant was slammed. But two days in a row and the restaurant isn’t even open yet. Sarah definitely needs some time management and customer service training. She isn’t going to last very long.

On arriving at Queen Street location, I went to counter. Female employee never made eye contact. I explained I was there to pick up. With attitude she pointed with her head toward a shelving behind me.with various bags and drinks. My drink was not with my order. I asked for it, she went into a ramble on keeping drinks cold and I could pull it from a cooler. I noted there were multiple bottled drinks with orders all over the shelving. I asked if she had noticed there were a lot of drinks getting warm and she should get right on that. The customer treatment was not the worst thing about the experience however. I could not bite into the sub I ordered. Old, dry meat, some with spots of mold. Veggies on sub not what I ordered. Having spent nearly $20 on a sub combo, it was food you could not eat. I don’t see this location remaining open for long The location on Oregan Pike is amazing. Definitely a huge step above this one.

You all can form your own opinion of this but the fact of the matter is that I haven't ate here in a long time and my first experience back ends with me eating one half of my wrap and when I go for the second half as I pick it up from the wrapper I noticed that there is a booger or ball of mucus on my wrapper and instantly lost my appetite and in today's world with people being sick that is absolutely disgusting

Order here about every other week for delivery. This time, it was delivered to the wrong address. When I called, I was treated as if I was lying. I know there are people out there trying to scam free food, but that's not my style. They did replace the order, which I appreciate, but the treatment was not needed. Oh, as the driver was leaving, I noticed them get my original order from my neighbors house whose on vacation.
New trainee Tynesha welcomed me as soon as I enter the store with a smile. You don't know what people are going through and that pleasant interaction turned my whole day and experience around.

The girl that was on the Cash Register was obviously not properly trained. She over charged my mom. Then when she was instructed to put the money back, she double charged my mom.

I ALWAYS order from here and pickup. I called for delivery and was told I was 1 block away from delivery range BUT they would still deliver to me so because of their courtesy I left the driver a $15 tip!! I called today to place a delivery order and the person that answered the phone was rude and refused to deliver even after I offered to pay the delivery fee and tip. Won’t be returning.
